Ewald had the vehicle we wanted, but they were lacking in knowledge and customer service. We were told that once we took the vehicle home, that we would not be able to bring it back. Ewald was not the norm of making us comfortable with our purchase. We also felt pushed into buying warranties that we may or may not use. There was know explanation of how much the car payment would be without the warranties.
