The service department is a trainwreck. I take it in for 50k service because I see a special on their own website that oil change plus AdBlue (diesel Passat) is a certain price. It literally says up to 2.5 gallons AdBlue included. So before I had over the keys I ask, "this included AdBlue service, correct?" Mark Terry says, "yep." So the service is done, I pick it up and ask Mark Terry again, "Did you put AdBlue in this car?" He goes, "yeah they filled it up." Two months later the AdBlue light comes on. They never put any in. I have to go back to them, have them add it, they tried to scam $80 out of me. The funniest part was, they were still running the service special! On their own website was still the special about adding max 2.5 gallons of AdBlue! So I walked out of that without paying. Fast forward ~18mo and I need 80k service. I figure I'll give them another shot. I call them up to get a quote. 80k is a big service on these because the trans needs to be serviced (DSG trans). So they quote me $600. I go and drop it off with Mark. I say something like "how long do you think it'll take with doing the trans service and everything?" Mark replies, "oh the trans isn't serviced at 80k. If you want the trans serviced it will be another $500." I go, VW recommends every 40k it gets serviced. So I have to get him to pull up on his own website the service schedule. Sure enough it says DSG service. He starts arguing and eventually yelling at me. I told him this happened before and I reminded him of the AdBlue story, which he tried to blame on a colleague that doesn't work there anymore. I told him I have the emails and he stopped arguing. These people are just straight up crooks. Do not trust your VW in these guys' hands. More

Took my car in for a timing code. They had my car for 6 weeks, told me it needed a timing cover to fix the problem, I okayed the cover for $1000. They then come back to me saying that cover didn’t fix it a weeks, told me it needed a timing cover to fix the problem, I okayed the cover for $1000. They then come back to me saying that cover didn’t fix it and it needed a new timing chain. I declined the service. They still made me pay $1550 for the service that that did that didn’t even fix the problem. Also the service writer and manager lied to my face multiple times. I do not recommend this deal ship to anyone unless you want to hand over money for no reason and have them high five each other behind your back after you pay. More
