Lease return to get into a new lease Both sales people bad at getting back to you. E-mailed, called and left VM and even talked to Jill and was told she did call me back...after 3 days n Both sales people bad at getting back to you. E-mailed, called and left VM and even talked to Jill and was told she did call me back...after 3 days not hearing back I personally went to the dealership and walked in with both salespeople sitting at there desks. I said "oh you are both here" and Jill just yelled 'Corey has all your information" Maybe they didn't take me seriously about getting out if my Passat lease into a Tiguan (since I worked with Jill a few times and didn't do anything yet). Maybe don't judge s book by the cover since I ended finding and selling myself a car that day. I ended up working with Corey, very nice but think he could have worked with me on not charging for my miles I was over on my lease since that was what I was told when leasing in the beginning... But they did pay the rest of my Passat payments, so didn't complain to much.... Just wish he would have negotiated a little more... I'm about $25/mo more than I wanted to be at... maybe a free oil change with the car would have been nice. Got nothing extra with the lease. More
