Great experience I have purchased many cars with many headaches but Evo was the best experience I have had. Purchased a Nissan Maxima today and process was very smoot I have purchased many cars with many headaches but Evo was the best experience I have had. Purchased a Nissan Maxima today and process was very smooth and price was lower than the other places I checked, including Carmax. Manager made sure to greet people as they walked in. The place was busy but the workers were very attentive. I had to take my car back to Evo to get the remote control to car working and windshield wiper blade changed. I can’t believe how helpful everyone is at Evo. I was in and out under 30 minutes. Jeffrey, the service manager said, “I got you” and he did. Ahmad put the blades on in a minute. Is this place for real? Even the service department are great. Wow!! More

2nd Time Buying We bought our 1st car there when they were fairly new and half the size it is now and the level of service then was fantastic. We just bought our 2nd car there and the level of service hasn't changed, still fantastic, even though they have grown twice the size. From the nice gentleman at the gate, the young ladies getting everyone signed up for test drives and the office people finalizing the paper work. I want to thank Jeffrey who really made our experience even better. He made sure everything was in order when we received the car and again when we had a small issue with the car a week later, he was very quick to address the issue and resolve it. Bad phone experience I had a bad experience with this dealership and decided to take my business Elsewhere. I live about 2 and half hours away Naples Fl. I called to see i I had a bad experience with this dealership and decided to take my business Elsewhere. I live about 2 and half hours away Naples Fl. I called to see if they had a vehicle in stock that I saw online. The vehicle was a 2016 Lexus es300h. The individual who answered the phone didn’t even introduce himself. I proceed to ask a question about the bad car fax, the vehicle was in a accident and had structural damage. He proceeded not to care and told me it was just in a accident and it was fix. I told him I lived 2 hours away and was interested in purchasing the car if the vehicle was inspected by trueframe a company who does assessments on cars with structural damage. The answer provided was a flat no that what the carfax was for he didn’t even ask his sales management. I proceeded to ask if I could get the out to door pricing of the vehicle that was just as lackluster as dealing with a sales person he made me wait on the line for 30 mins so his financial manager could bring me the figures. The financial manager answers I told him I would like to get the out to door pricing with a trade and a Draft buyers order. I told him I understand you can’t give me accurate pricing on my trade but just an estimated number with a draft buyers order. He proceeds to transfer me to his sales management. this was the topping of the cake the individual who answered his English was not well it was hard to understand .I explained the situation a third time only to be told that I would have to drive 2 and a half hours to get a trade appraisal. I told him I understand I would like a rough estimate not to wastes his time and not mine. He proceeded to tell me that my car was old and probably had problems with lights in which case it didn’t and was in Excellent condition. He goes to nada tells me that my vehicle was only worth 2-3 and then proceed not to give me a draft buyers order so I could give to my credit union for a draft. To make a long story short I was able to get a vehicle from a dealer in Naples a year older with low miles and they gave me 6500 for my trade. Buyers beware unprofessional to clients More

Excellent! Joe was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing our new car. He talked us through every price of paperwork we signed which was extremely helpful Joe was extremely helpful when it came to purchasing our new car. He talked us through every price of paperwork we signed which was extremely helpful because we did this process after a long day at work. Best of all we knew the car needed new brakes and the rotors needed work too which was takin care of before we finished signing our paperwork.
