Being an octogenarian I purchased a new 2022 Forrester at Evergreen in September 2022 mainly to assure reliable transportation living out in rural Maine. But in January 2025 my garage kept low mileage (3000 + miles) Subaru would not start. Jason Williams assisted in getting Subaru road service to jump start the dead battery quickly. Within a few weeks the car wouldn't start again while setting in the garage again. This time Subaru road service carried it to Evergreen service Department. They charged the battery and said the problem is the lack of use and because of not driving it every day. More

This was the VERY BEST car purchasing experience we have ever had!!! Brandon McKnight was our salesman and he walked us through everything! He was so patient and understanding. The man managing the front desk, indicated that he would be right with me. But since i was just dropping off a key, I knew where to go. From my perspective, Evergreen Subaru is the best Subaru dealer in Maine. We have been driving Subaru Foresters since 1998-- the year they came out. There has always been 2 of them in our driveway because dealer in Maine. We have been driving Subaru Foresters since 1998-- the year they came out. There has always been 2 of them in our driveway because they are the perfect car for us; economical, spacious, safe, AWD, reliable and comfortable. Evergreen has treated us very, very fairly whether we are just adding a car or buying a car with a trade in. They are honest, easy to deal with and competitively priced. And, they are friendly people. I think some dealerships try to train people to be nice, but Evergreen folks are all nice by nature. Their service shop is nice, they do excellent work in a timely way, and they don't push you to do unnecessary work. I like that. There are 2 Subaru dealerships that are closer to us and Evergreen, and another just about as far away. We choose Evergreen because of how well they treat us, and that they value long term relationships. That's what makes Evergreen great in our book. Happy shopping. More
