Bad customer service from GM and Sales Manager When I bought my car they gave this picture perfect picture that if I heard anything within 30 days that they would take a look at it. Bad enough the car was sold to me with scratches on it that they agreed to repair. So after a month of them giving me the run around with service department to fix the scratches I mention to them that I had been hearing some noises. Then all of a sudden they are saying oh we can't check that out its a charge. Long story short I spoke with the financing manager and he kept saying the same thing and saying he never promised that when that wasn't true. He got me really upset and riled up then now I am asking for the GM not once did he get up to address the situation. Since my vehicle had to stay they offered a loaner vehicle once I got into that vehicle it had old subway napkins it and water bottles and they thought I would be ok with that. So once I am upset so the fake GM by the name of Harry Mays which is a sales manager asked me to come outside and said look Mami we aren't going to device you today you are interrupting my dealership and business. And dropped my keys into hands like I wasn't a valued customer and I had only had the car a month. More
I feel cheated! Was greeted by Rick, very lengthy process. When I asked for water, I was sent to a vending machine. They have no snacks for their lengthy process. I told Rick my budget and what other dealers quoted me at and I was not willing to pay. He said they were cheating me. He came back with the same exact offer, I told him I would not pay. He told me to sign the paper and came back with an offer in my budget. It was basically the same price only spread out longer. No Rick you were the one that got over on me. When it came to the final process, Rick told me I would get 4 oil changes free, I told him to put it in writing. He said, just call me and I'll take care of you. When l got to the finance department the told me I did not have a 100,000 mile warranty as the second owner. I only had a 60,000, my payments would be higher than I was quoted. When I came back a few weeks later for my oil change I called Rick up, he had no clue what I was talking about with my free oil changes. He told me I would have to pay that day and that since it wasn't in my contract he would pay the next time. I knew then that he was scamming me the whole process. More

This place is a rip off! Their service department tells you one thing over the phone, and then when you bring the car in, they mark up the price! I was quoted one price over the phone for a side mirror and you one thing over the phone, and then when you bring the car in, they mark up the price! I was quoted one price over the phone for a side mirror and then when I got there they marked it up another $20 bucks. They didn't find any new issues with the mirror. It was a simple replace. Called them again for another issue just to get a price quote. They quoted me $400 and other mechanics/dealers that I called only quoted $200. I was able to get it fixed for $150. It's unfortunate that this is the only Kia dealer in my area, but I'm grateful that I found a mechanic that quotes me honest prices. Called to inquire about a part# and price that I needed for my truck. PETER in parts was very condescending and impatient. I heard him mumble something to his coworker while I was on the phone which sounded A LOT like "this [effing] broad." He didn't seem willing to want to assist me at all. He found the part number and rambled it off so fast. When I asked him to repeat it, he was noticeably irritated. I just shake my head at this dealership and will only call them with inquiries. Never will they receive a dime of my money! Go elsewhere for your car needs! More
Bought a new car in 2011 nothing but issues from the liscense plates to the steering wheel. Had several manufacture issues with my vehicle which required hours of my time in service. They did not offer a loaner car, coffee or any amenities for my inconvenice. Steering wheel needed to be replaced twice! After 2 hours in service was told they sill didn't have the part and I would have to come back, they put the wheel back on wrong. Left with the wheel in worse shape then when I cam in and two hours of life lost! Horrible dealer do not buy from here! Big mistake! More
Joe and Steve the manager did a great job on finding me a vehicle within my budget. I bought a 2007 Trail Blazer for $8000.00 with only 63000 miles. Great deal and rides beautiful.
