UNETHICAL, MANIPULATIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES by SALESMAN, TIM. As a business-owner, who is new to the KIA brand, and new to Evergreen KIA, my local KIA dealership, I feel it is important to wa by SALESMAN, TIM. As a business-owner, who is new to the KIA brand, and new to Evergreen KIA, my local KIA dealership, I feel it is important to warn other potential customers about my experience with Evergreen KIA salesman, TIM. I do not recommend, and would highly suggest avoiding doing ANY business with TIM. He is the sole reason for this review. I spoke to TIM a couple of times about purchasing a 2020 KIA Telluride. They didn't have any in-stock when I initially spoke to him, so I reached out to other local KIA dealerships. I was warned by one of the salespeople at another dealership that the salespeople at Evergreen KIA will try to up-sale you on a vehicle. When I spoke to TIM at Evergreen KIA about this, he assured me 100% that he would sell me the vehicle for the suggested retail/sticker price. A couple days passed and a Telluride arrived at their dealership. TIM called me and I made my way to the dealership immediately. I reminded TIM of our discussions, and, once again, he assured me that he would sell me the vehicle for the sticker price. After a test drive, and some discussion on monthly payments, I decided to move forward with a deal. I was of the impression that TIM was operating with integrity and fairness in upholding our agreement. After meeting with their financier, and signing the documents, I came home and realized that THOUSANDS of dollars had been tacked on the sale price of the vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, and definitely NOT what I agreed on. I immediately contacted the dealership, and the manager, Anthony, told me the sale was final and there was nothing I could do. Upon speaking to my attorney, I found out he was right. I contacted TIM and asked him why would he do something so egregious, and he said, I got a good deal and that people are paying thousands of dollars above the sticker price. The manager, Anthony, made the same statement. I was/am highly disappointed in how this was handled. TIM then proceeded to tell me that he was packing up his belongings because he was being FIRED because of the deal. I visited the dealership, and TIM was sitting comfortably at his desk. This showed to me that he is a blatant LIAR. I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH TIM. Following, I spoke to Maurice Byrd who offered me some Bulls tickets, but, as a business-owner, I currently hold season tickets. They didn't offer to cut me a check for the amount overpaid, and basically said I was stuck. I gave the dealership 2 stars because 1) I accept some accountability in believing their salesman, TIM, was conducting business with integrity and in the best interest of a new customer, 2) Maurice offered me something. While I am happy with my Telluride, I hope this review will help others make a decision in which dealership patronize, and which salesperson to avoid. More
Not a pleasant experience so far. Have had my Kia sportage since 7/31/2019 and the battery has went out 3 times. The first time I was told by the sales person that I left a light on. After the 3rd time of getting the car jumpstarted I called the dealership and was told to bring it to another Kia as evergreen had no openings. Called back a couple days later and received nothing but attitude stating that he did not make the vehicle and was not the salesperson that sold me the vehicle. Was then told that if I could get here at 730am on Friday(today) they would fit me in. I took the day off work and have been sitting here for over 2 hrs. Response I have received is that they're working on it and that I had a lot of issues that needed to be checked out. 2nd car I have bought from here and may never buy here again after this. More

Lousy.. Need it repairs to my vehicle.. I was told I had to pre pay for my parts. Had an appointment And the parts were not ready drove hour and 10 minutes an Need it repairs to my vehicle.. Came back for repairs pay for everything only to find out the job was not complete. Had to go back to show them what was not done and the service guy Bryant was nice enough to give me $50 off the service charges.. That was the only thing they did right because John Cohen Call me early the next morning just to say he wouldn't have given me anything off and With a Arrogant tone of voice we will call you when your handle is ready.. So that's another drive all the way out to their place of business for a handle that I've already paid for.. Lousy business shysters.. More

Mislead I went into the dealership thinking I was buying a 2018, after signing the paperwork I was given a 2017. I gave the car back within the hour and they I went into the dealership thinking I was buying a 2018, after signing the paperwork I was given a 2017. I gave the car back within the hour and they refuse to give me 2018 as promise and would not take back the car. I was told that I was stuck with the car and they will tow it to my house. More

Excellent customer service!!!! Had to be towed for repairs.
