Not a pleasant experience so far. Have had my Kia sportage since 7/31/2019 and the battery has went out 3 times. The first time I was told by the sales person that I left a light on. The 2nd time I a sportage since 7/31/2019 and the battery has went out 3 times. The first time I was told by the sales person that I left a light on. The 2nd time I assumed I did that again. After the 3rd time of getting the car jumpstarted I called the dealership and was told to bring it to another Kia as evergreen had no openings. Called back a couple days later and received nothing but attitude stating that he did not make the vehicle and was not the salesperson that sold me the vehicle. Was then told that if I could get here at 730am on Friday(today) they would fit me in. I took the day off work and have been sitting here for over 2 hrs. Response I have received is that they're working on it and that I had a lot of issues that needed to be checked out. 2nd car I have bought from here and may never buy here again after this. More

Lousy.. Need it repairs to my vehicle.. I was told I had to pre pay for my parts. Had an appointment And the parts were not ready drove hour and 10 minutes an Need it repairs to my vehicle.. Came back for repairs pay for everything only to find out the job was not complete. Had to go back to show them what was not done and the service guy Bryant was nice enough to give me $50 off the service charges.. That was the only thing they did right because John Cohen Call me early the next morning just to say he wouldn't have given me anything off and With a Arrogant tone of voice we will call you when your handle is ready.. So that's another drive all the way out to their place of business for a handle that I've already paid for.. Lousy business shysters.. More

Mislead I went into the dealership thinking I was buying a 2018, after signing the paperwork I was given a 2017. Excellent customer service!!!! Had to be towed for repairs.
