This dealership is shady, dishonest and only care about the money they can make off of you! It would be best if you buy a car from a reputable and caring dealership. Stay away from Evergreen Kia. I told him exactly how much I wanted to pay. I wanted the Kia Sportage and he kept trying to push the Kia Soul on me. I hate that car. I asked him if he had a low mileage demo and he presented me with the Sorento; which I liked. He told me that my payments would be what I wanted and everything was a go. He never told me that Capital one wanted more down. Tim switched finance companies without even telling me. He also up the price for the Sorento for over $1,000. This man is a lying crook!! I would not have a person like him representing my company. Maybe the owner only care about money too! Evergreen Kia lost a customer for life. I will never buy or send anyone else to buy from their dealership! More

Helped and calmed down my mom This just shows he just worried about selling cars and after he sells the cars he doesn’t care about you anymore if you aren’t trying to buy another car he doesn’t want to speak they are lairs and worried about getting their money they don’t care about the costumers and just all in competing with each other to see who can get the most money only 1 or 2 sales man have a actually heart and care . I came up there to get a car wash Tim didn’t want to help me a completely different sales man helped me who didn’t even sale me the car I think his name is Ed. don’t go there if you do read over your contract and don’t trust any of them only 2 sales man with a true heart other than that it is just business with them. The managers and salesman are really bad! They will say one thing and do something completely different. They are money hungry. No help they aren’t trying to move units there jus money hungry and want you to come in and waste time. Don’t spend money here! Time will get you watch out for him! Beware More

UNETHICAL, MANIPULATIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES by SALESMAN, TIM. As a business-owner, who is new to the KIA brand, and new to Evergreen KIA, my local KIA dealership, I feel it is important to wa by SALESMAN, TIM. As a business-owner, who is new to the KIA brand, and new to Evergreen KIA, my local KIA dealership, I feel it is important to warn other potential customers about my experience with Evergreen KIA salesman, TIM. I do not recommend, and would highly suggest avoiding doing ANY business with TIM. He is the sole reason for this review. I spoke to TIM a couple of times about purchasing a 2020 KIA Telluride. They didn't have any in-stock when I initially spoke to him, so I reached out to other local KIA dealerships. I was warned by one of the salespeople at another dealership that the salespeople at Evergreen KIA will try to up-sale you on a vehicle. When I spoke to TIM at Evergreen KIA about this, he assured me 100% that he would sell me the vehicle for the suggested retail/sticker price. A couple days passed and a Telluride arrived at their dealership. TIM called me and I made my way to the dealership immediately. I reminded TIM of our discussions, and, once again, he assured me that he would sell me the vehicle for the sticker price. After a test drive, and some discussion on monthly payments, I decided to move forward with a deal. I was of the impression that TIM was operating with integrity and fairness in upholding our agreement. After meeting with their financier, and signing the documents, I came home and realized that THOUSANDS of dollars had been tacked on the sale price of the vehicle. Unbeknownst to me, and definitely NOT what I agreed on. I immediately contacted the dealership, and the manager, Anthony, told me the sale was final and there was nothing I could do. Upon speaking to my attorney, I found out he was right. I contacted TIM and asked him why would he do something so egregious, and he said, I got a good deal and that people are paying thousands of dollars above the sticker price. The manager, Anthony, made the same statement. I was/am highly disappointed in how this was handled. TIM then proceeded to tell me that he was packing up his belongings because he was being FIRED because of the deal. I visited the dealership, and TIM was sitting comfortably at his desk. This showed to me that he is a blatant LIAR. I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH TIM. Following, I spoke to Maurice Byrd who offered me some Bulls tickets, but, as a business-owner, I currently hold season tickets. They didn't offer to cut me a check for the amount overpaid, and basically said I was stuck. I gave the dealership 2 stars because 1) I accept some accountability in believing their salesman, TIM, was conducting business with integrity and in the best interest of a new customer, 2) Maurice offered me something. While I am happy with my Telluride, I hope this review will help others make a decision in which dealership patronize, and which salesperson to avoid. More
