I had been looking for a truck for more than 8 months. I found one I liked online and was pleasantly surprised by how easy and friendly Ralph was to work with. We went to Michael's Chevrolet for their great prices but will go back for our next vehicle because of the service. Our Sales person, Ralph really didn't feel like a sales person. We called ahead of time to will go back for our next vehicle because of the service. Our Sales person, Ralph really didn't feel like a sales person. We called ahead of time to let him know we would be coming to look at a specific veheicle and he was there when we arrived with the vehicle waiting and warmed up. He didn't try to sell us on a more expensive model or push upgrades on us. But was also very helpful when we wanted to look at and test trive some other vehicles anyways. Not only was Ralph great but so was our finance person, Will. Usually the worst part of buying a new car is the part that comes after you say "We'll take it". I always brace myself for a few offers from the financing that are way outside the budget I told them and all the going back and forth that is so stressful. I didn't get that here. We told them our budget and the first offer was the last offer. No games. I was also very pleased at how not only did Will, listen to our financial needs of this sale and come through right away but also went above and beyond our expectations. More
Everybody at Michael's Chevrolet was personable and it was overall a pleasant experience. Salesman Bill was very friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Bill was very friendly and helpful. He made himself available to accomodate my schedule so I could get the car I was interested in evaluated by my mechanic, which was a condition of the sale for me. Recently purchased used 2012 suburban. drove nearly 2 hours and Bill Boston made it worth the trip. Locally I could not find anything close to the deal that I received from Michael's of Issaquah. Bill Boston threw in extra items and even filled the tank of my suburban. The day after the sale I found cosmetic damages on the vehicle and Bill Boston worked with the service department to get new parts shipped to my home so I would not have to make the drive for repairs. I would do business w/ again and the finance guy, "Mr. Mariner" was the first finance guy I have ever enjoyed working with, thanks guys!! To anyone interested in purchasing from these guys, they keep their word, it's worth the drive. More
LIke most of us, I arrived at the dealership to take a look at a specific vehicle. I came first thing in the morning in hopes of totally avoiding the usual sales routine, I just wanted to see the truck m look at a specific vehicle. I could not have been more wrong about the experience i was about to have. It started with the woman in the showroom floor, a greeter of sorts. She could have been my Mom...and I sense she's everyone's Mom around there. She was delightful and happy to connect me with someone who could help. The salesman I was connected with was informative, helpful and honest. I so appreciated that. Later on when i spoke with the owner/manager of the store, I got the same story from him that the salesperson had shared about the history of the car and his thoughts about that particular unit. It was not a high value purchase, in fact it was probably one of the smaller transactions they had but it was as easy as possible. Everything happened very smoothly and it could not have gone any easier. Every person i encountered at this dealership had a positive attitude and was as helpful as they could be, even for a small transaction. It was a team effort and I hope I have a chance to do business with them again in the future. More
