I was traveling from NC to Texas when the very worst happened. My 2016 Ford Escape broke down in Arkansas. I managed to limp the car into Everette Ford. I was a female, traveling alone on my way to a we happened. My 2016 Ford Escape broke down in Arkansas. I managed to limp the car into Everette Ford. I was a female, traveling alone on my way to a wedding in Dallas and they were so very kind to me. They had to keep my car as it was a Friday and they needed time to properly troubleshoot the issue. David Edwards was so helpful and even researched flights to Dallas for me and rental cars. He made sure that they gave me a ride to the airport to pick up my rental car. In addition to all that above and beyond service, they fixed my car for me and I have not had another problem with it since. I highly recommend this dealership. You cannot go wrong with them. More
