The service advisors were misleading and did not listen. The inspection report card I received for my vehicle was blank; therefore, I can only assume my vehicle was never inspected. The man who came up to me and ask me what I wanted, was very uncommunicative and never looked at me. I told him I had a 10 am appt for an oil change. He seemed very preoccupied. After almost an hour and 1/ very uncommunicative and never looked at me. I told him I had a 10 am appt for an oil change. He seemed very preoccupied. After almost an hour and 1/2 I went out and saw it sitting there and he said it’s ready. That’s about all he said. I had to drag any information out of him, very sullen, it was just too much work to tell me anything. I had to quiz him on some of the info on the sheet of my bill, he was not planning on going over it and acted like anything I said was an inconvenience and just wanted me to pay and go. I don’t know if he always is that way or just having a bad day but someone needs to teach him how to smile, look at people and talk o them.!! Basics! Maybe it was my age or sex but he is one cold guy, hope he doesn’t treat everyone that way. I bought my truck here, haven’t had this experience in the past,. I will probably start going elsewhere for service now. More
The gentlemen we spoke with after our be vehicle was taken back and walked us literally through what he was seeing while training new mechanics was level 5/5 of communication.
