There was a customer simultaneously in one of our other dealerships who was test-driving and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. There was no way the representative that you were working with could have known that at the time. I apologize that you had less than an excellent experience. The value that we offered you was based on real-time market data, which exceeded Kelly Blue Book by $500. As far as the evaluation of the condition is concerned, this was a sight-unseen evaluation. Only 3% of all cars according to KBB are in excellent condition so the assumption is that the vehicle is in good condition. The fact that some of the sound system has been "upgraded" can prevent the vehicle from being considered in excellent condition if the original equipment has been replaced. We are talking about a Ford Escape so demand drives the price. We would be glad to provide you with an additional in-person evaluation if you would like to stop by.

$500 above "GOOD CONDITION"?? None of the sound system was replaced JUST UPGRADED. NO response to the $2,000 5 year warranty Ceramic Coating. And NO response to me about the offer at $38,000 either. ALL ONE SIDED except the $500. And being so smart as "we are talking about a Ford Escape??? Really?? That there is dumb response. Your car is an older Mustang. It is a Ford. Demand drives the price?? Right. $40,000 is $2,500 above "GOOD CONDITION" price where your offer for the Titanuim is $3,000 under "GOOD CONDITON". I buy 5 to 6 cars a year. Don't treat me like a NEW BUYER. I;ve been buying cars since 1981.

I just went through their KBB comparison by PDF. Their MUSTANG is NOT a automatic. And Mine has the B & O Sound System. When you quote apples to oranges, get it right. This what we are talking about. They expect any customer to just drive their car there to get a "TRUE APPRAISAL" when they can't even get it right on the VIN#.

We have spoke to this guest MULTIPLE times. He actually OWES US $2000 for the delivery of the Corvette to his home. He had a picture of the rollback we would be using and approved of it prior to delivery. His tag issues are resolved. There are always two sides to a story. Yea, I have a text stating they would accept $1,000.00 after speaking to saleswoman! After receiving the car they kept $1,500.00 worth of 2 leather Anniversay bags that are listed on the window sticker! I called at least 15 times to resolve and Not 1 call back! After posting this they finally called, Not to resolve my horrific experience but threaten to lein my title! What a disgrace to Chevrolet Dealer!!!! I repeatedly asked for the owner to call and we could have resolved BUT typical dealer! Made $15k/$20k on both cars!! Pretty sad!!!!
