Long story short, sold us a car & delivered it without providing us the title to the car. After 2 weeks of them saying essentially it was in the mail, we discovered that they don't have it & are working providing us the title to the car. After 2 weeks of them saying essentially it was in the mail, we discovered that they don't have it & are working on getting it from last customer were sale of this same car fell through. Happy with our car, very unhappy w/their service & transparency so far. Will improve the rating if/when they provide us with the title. Until then we don't officially 'own' the car and can't register it. More
