In part, our new car buying experience here was unpleasant, lengthy, and riddled with uncertainty. Our salesman and the sales manager were the only two exceptions to this unpleasant experience. Buying a new car should be exciting, however, there was no excitement during our experience. Honestly, we had never encountered such a unique car buying process before such as this one. Even though we have excellent credit and income, are well qualified buyers, and arrived at the dealership with the funds to make a large down payment, we were asked to sign a conditional delivery document. Usually, and it our understanding, that this particular document is for subprime borrowers. Additionally, the second set of our new car keys were held from us until two days later. It felt strange to us to leave the dealership with our conditional new car purchase knowing that someone else had possession of our second set of car keys. We were told that our new car was ours to drive away, but technically only until the dealership received final loan approval and loan funding from Kia Finance. So, our question was at that point, were we loan approved or not? Therefore, we felt that we could not really drive or enjoy our new car purchase until several days later after our purchase, since we felt that we had to park our new car at home until we were told that the car was really ours to keep, and to avoid being charged mileage if we had been asked to return the car. Additionally, we were asked to return to the dealership the next week so that our car could receive pre-delivery inspection. When we arrived at the service bay for this inspection, the service writer greeted us with frustration by asking us, what are y'all doing here. He then told us that we would have to wait three or 4 more hours for the inspection. The service writer did not greet us with a hello, how are you guys today, how may I help you guys today, good morning, no welcome greeting, and no congratulations on buying a new car from our dealership. Additionally, another staff member told us while we were on the phone with our car insurance agent to insure our new purchase, that he couldn't answer our agent's car safety feature question because he only does the paperwork. We were embarrassed and taken aback by this comment. We feel that the more appropriate response would have been for this staff member to say, I don't know the answer to your insurance agent's question, but I will try and find an answer for you, or I will ask your salesperson to join us in my office to provide the answer. We felt mistreated and that some staff members were unhelpful. More

Purchased a vehicle a few weeks ago I kept getting calls about insurance on the vehicle which was done at time of purchase and then I called back for over a week with no response from anyone on whether they about insurance on the vehicle which was done at time of purchase and then I called back for over a week with no response from anyone on whether they received the paperwork or not then I’ll speak to a manager TJ or RJ whoever he was very rude very nasty very unprofessional and I quote he stated he’s going to match my energy he could’ve match my energy at the time of purchase I would not recommend anyone go there unless they have an address in Evans because apparently any other address you are less than a person and as a customer you are not valued very disappointed in the management at that Kia location They don’t stand by their image that the customers first once they get your money you have no significant value to them they can talk to and treat you anyway they would like More

If I could give this dealership a ZERO, I would. However, that is not possible so they’re lucky to get a 1 from me. I worked with several sales representatives and they all were horrible. This dealership is that is not possible so they’re lucky to get a 1 from me. I worked with several sales representatives and they all were horrible. This dealership is not willing to work with customers, nor are they willing to be honest. They continued to feed me lies and added unreasonable fees to the vehicle I was interested in. It is sad to see a dealership so greedy and uncooperative. I will never return to this dealership for anything and would never recommend it to anyone else. Please take your money and business else where. More
Don’t know how sales department is. But service can’t book appointment to service both my vehicles without screwing it up. His compassion through the whole process was so heart felt. We never felt rushed to make a decision that we weren't 100% comfortable with. From the test drive to showing me how to sync my phone and how all of the accessories worked Hiram was so understanding and treated us more like family. Jim Bignell in finance was very helpful as well regarding the extended warranty. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I would recommend that anyone in the market check out Kia of Evans and ask for Hiram. More
