I found Europlus after doing a CARFAX search for Dodge Chargers. From their online rep Joy's first contact, to the salesman Johnny Brown, the finance manager Robert and the sales manager Brian Anderson, they made the process transparent and dare I say, easy. I went to Europlus for that specific Charger, but seeing the selection on the lot was impressive. More

BEWARE - SERIOUSLY. PLEASE READ TO SPARE YOURSELF: I bought a 2014 Twin Turbo Mustang from EPM on September 2nd, 2017 and badly wanted things to work out. The car was PLEASE READ TO SPARE YOURSELF: I bought a 2014 Twin Turbo Mustang from EPM on September 2nd, 2017 and badly wanted things to work out. The car was beautiful. I saw the post on Craigslist for $15,995 but when I went in to test drive they said the price was $18,995. They claimed that the price on Craigslist doesn’t update with the other website, so couldn’t honor the $15,995 even though it was posted BY THEM incorrectly. They forced me to finance with them, and talked the price down to 17,000. I still thought the car was worth it, so we made a deal. I traded my Jeep Wrangler. We agreed that EPM would pay off my Jeep as my “trade-in.” They wouldn’t give me any additional trade-in value because they said the Jeep had too much to be repaired and was NOT sell-able on their lot. The first day off the lot with the Mustang, the powertrain light came on. Took the car back on Sept 9th, and they said they needed to replace the catalytic converters. Interestingly enough, my Jeep was already for sale on their lot on September 9th, only 1 week after they told me it was not sell-able. On Sept. 13th I picked up the Mustang with new cats. Within 30 minutes, the engine started tapping. Took it back immediately, and they told me I needed a new engine. They offered to replace the motor. 13 days later on Sept. 26th, I picked the car up with the “new motor.” Within 2 days the EXACT same symptoms came back. I never got paperwork for the “new engine.” I have no proof that the motor was even replaced, nor was I given paperwork after I requested it twice. On October 3rd, 2017, I got an email from my Jeep lender that my automatic payment was going to hit my account. Europlus never even paid off my Jeep, and did not recycle my tags so the registration was still in my name! They were actively trying to sell a vehicle on their lot that was still legally mine for the last MONTH. I called the owner and told him I want my Jeep back or I’m forced to report the Jeep as stolen. What they are doing is completely ILLEGAL. I gave back the keys to the Mustang, am signing my name off the title, and never looking back. GO TO A REAL CERTIFIED DEALER AND SPARE YOURSELF. If my insane and completely ILLEGAL experience helps even one person, I’ll consider it a win. More

We looked and drove the car and very much like the car. The car was priced fairly well online. Once we sat down with Oleg the sales rep we were asked if how we would be paying for the vehicle. I replied that the car was for my son and he was paying cash. We were then told that the price would increase by $995 if we did not finance the car. In addition to the non finance charge there is a $2,995 dealer prep fee added to the sale. Now the car is nearly $4,000 more than we originally planned & well over the blue book value. With that we left. In addition the sales person spoke with his manager several times. Oleg did not even hand us his card but the card of John Shabayer, whomever that might be. I was beyond disgusted over this dealer especially given I did like the car and was prepared to purchase the car that night. More

I worked out a fair deal with them, but was not pleased with the process. The car was listed on Cars.com for $26,995. The price was unusually low for the vehicle. I assume the low price is to lure customers in to the dealership. When discussing the purchase with my salesman and his manager, I was informed that there would be a $2995 dealer prep fee as well as other fees totaling about $4000!! Combined with an initial lowball offer for my trade, I was about to walk on a car I wanted. Ultimately, I was able to negotiated the total the trade-on value up by $3000 to the expected trade-in price, and I was able to negotiate the fees down from about $4000 to $2494. These changes brought the car into "fair deal" range, and I made the purchase. Ultimately, I was lured to the dealership by a low price of $26,995 on Cars.com and ended up paying $29,489 with all fees (but not tax) included. I would prefer the dealership just price their cars fairly instead of adding unreasonable and unconventional fees. More

The car also had several modifications that were not disclosed to me when I asked. To add insult to injury the prices you see online are very misleading, I was looking at a car that was listed for 18k and ended up paying 30k because the prices online aren't actual. Besides I should not of been charged 30k for a car that needed an engine rebuild. I am very unhappy with my experience with them and It was a huge headache getting the car repaired elsewhere. I would not trust this dealership under any circumstances! I plan to take them to court soon. More

It's a beautiful car and fits right in with the other M series cars, Cameros, STIs, Audis, etc. on the lot with the stellar condition. Expanding to a second lot with much more room and services capabilities, which will be helpful as the current location is a bit tight. I called ahead to check on the status of the car, and they reserved it for me to look at automatically. Drove me over to the second lot to pick up the car, which I drove back. Great, friendly staff, helpful, congenial sales man. Overall great experience! More
