my 21 year old son visited there showroom after seeing a car on the internet. CRAIG SCHENEIDER the salesman treated my son very poorly (my son looks like he is 16 ). after asking to see a car the salesman w car on the internet. CRAIG SCHENEIDER the salesman treated my son very poorly (my son looks like he is 16 ). after asking to see a car the salesman would not ever let go of the key or offer a test drive. after they looked at my sons trade in the deal went from bad to worse. my son and i knew he was upside down in his car but i was willing to wrtie a check for the car (21st b day present). when the haggling began my son wanted a little bit of a better deal. CRAIG SCHNEIDER told my son "to get the F out of his office" or he would call the police. my son was shocked and walked out crying. when he called me i called the owner RUSSELL FOORMAN to find out what happened. RUSSELL told me some people have "bad days" although he did apologize on CRAIG SCHNEIDER'S behalf no one should be treated that way ever. neither one of them ever considered what this 21 year old was capable of buying, and in this economy they should have been thankful to have a warm body in their store. in my opinion CRAiG SCHNEIDER should not be in a job dealing with the public and for all of you out there that read this i would reconsider doing business with this dealership More
DON'T DO IT! The price might sound great, but it's not worth the problems. The sales person was really good until I sent the $28,000 check. I never heard from him ever again!! If it wasn't for the manage worth the problems. The sales person was really good until I sent the $28,000 check. I never heard from him ever again!! If it wasn't for the manager I'm sure I would still be waiting for the car. This purchase was made over the Internet. This is the 2nd time I've sent for a car. The 1st time worked out great I bought it from a dealership In OK. Everything was as it seemed. Not this time. Good thing it is under warrenty because I've made the 1st payment on the car and it's still in the shop. I have had this car for 6 weeks and I've only driven it about 50 miles!(to and from the shop!) The car has 18,000 miles and I've had to replace the brake pads front and back along with rotors (back only)this was another $1,700 so far on top of the price. They are now waiting for parts for the computer, again GOOD THING it's under warrenty! The sales person assured me there was nothing wrong with the car. They also sent me documents to sign that were unfinished and I called them on it. The sales person was ticked because I didn't want to sign blank papers, he assured me that their dealership has been in business for many years and they were above that! Boy! do I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased this car! Shame on you European Motors! More
Terrible shopping experience! We found the Lexus that we wanted through Autotrader.com and called the dealership. At first the guy acted as though he was eager to help and sell the car. He never called back wanted through Autotrader.com and called the dealership. At first the guy acted as though he was eager to help and sell the car. He never called back, so we finally called and asked what was up. He didn't really act like it was a big deal, and so we continued questioning about the Lexus, a trade-in, and we even put in an offer. We waited for days and never heard. We called again, and again, no apologies for totally ignoring us. Again we were promised a call back. It never came. We located the same car, a year older (but with fewer miles) at a dealership twice the distance from us. This other dealership (in Kentucky) was responsive, helpful, and acted as though they wanted to sell us a vehicle. So we drove nearly 700 miles to get to Kentucky to purchase this car at the same price we had offered European Motors. That was almost a week ago. European Motors has still not contacted us back. Too bad. We spent a good deal at another dealership. European Motors is completely unresponsive to its customers. Do not shop there. Go elsewhere. More
They sold me a Boxter, stated it had been serviced at Boardwalk Porsche, took car to Boardwalk, Boardwalk had never seen car. I cancelled extended warranty contract after 9 months. Contract company re Boardwalk Porsche, took car to Boardwalk, Boardwalk had never seen car. I cancelled extended warranty contract after 9 months. Contract company reimbursed me their portion, European Motors kept $562.00 and stated they were not charity, refused to refund the money. Contract clearly stated I was entitled to 77.3% refund, European motors defaulted on their legal obligation per contract. . The manager was extremely rude, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Both sales and management have no integrity. More
After putting down a deposit for a car I was assured that I would have the car if I got a cashier's check for the full amount the next buisness day. I tried several times to call Lee to say I was doing just I would have the car if I got a cashier's check for the full amount the next buisness day. I tried several times to call Lee to say I was doing just that and to confirm the address to send it, with no response. As I was about to mail the check, I got a call from Lee stating that he had just sold the car to someone else and that I should have been faster becuase banks were open on Saturdays. What a LIAR!!!!!!!!! More
The dealer sold the car to another buyer even though everything the dealer requested was done, including a deposit to hold the car and a trip from Texarkana, TX to Addison to confirm the car's condition everything the dealer requested was done, including a deposit to hold the car and a trip from Texarkana, TX to Addison to confirm the car's condition before shipment to California. No indication was given during that meeting that full payment must be received within a certain number of hours, etc. The buyer was in London, it was a weekend, and the buyer's spouse was making arrangements to send a cashier's check to buy the car. The dealer did not notify the buyer by email or telephone that the car did not belong to him or that the offer was not considered binding. More
