I commend Sam for his honesty and transparency about the vehicle we were interested in. Sam made it very easy for us to purchase the vehicle we wanted and assured us that we made the right decision. We drove our new Porsche Boxster that day. The next day, I noticed a light indicating some issue, If you are like me, there is always a bit of excitement and fear at the same time when you buy a used vehicle, so I contacted Sam and shared with him my concern. This is when we realized in my opinion, we were dealing with a high class dealership. Sam made it a point to immediately re-assure me that everything will be taken care of. In fact he drove personally to my place of work with a loaner and took my vehicle to the Porsche dealership. As it turned out, it was simply the gas cap that was not in place correctly. Nevertheless, Sam took care of everything and kept me updated along the way. When I picked my car, it looked like a fancy showroom car. The car was buffed, waxed, pampered. I was very impressed with the European Motors organization and outstanding professionalism of Sam. I have been leasing luxury vehicles for a number of years, This is the first time I felt compelled to write this small review, because European Motors simply rocks. I recently went to check out some of the luxury vehicles as I was interested in buying. The facilities are exceptional and the staff very friendly. However, I accidentally overheard some disturbing comments in the owner's language. "Soft & naive customers" should beware of buying/ spending their money in this place. I left immediately after, having been a linguist in the military I learned Farsi & Arabic and was deeply disturbed by the comments of the owner "Mr. Russell" in earshot of customers without concern. After leaving I did some additional homework on this establishment hoping to find a reason to still buy a car that I really liked. To my displeasure I found many negative comments/ reviews of this dealership and complaints of past buyers. Even my insurance agent warned me that they have a history of being a "Lemon Law Buyback" haven. Vehicles that have a major defect repurchased by the maker then repaired and branded as "Buybacks" instantly lowering the value but this is not clearly disclosed. I read many reviews about this issue at this location and their previous location in Addison on Midway. I coincidentally went to another dealership and ran into a previous customer of European Motors who gave me insight on how the owner is unethical and outright lies to clients. After the paperwork is signed there's little to no recourse available to the unsuspecting buyers. Don't just take my word for it, DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Don't allow a shady company to operate with impunity. Don't play the fool! More

Buyers Beware! I was doing some research on German cars on the internet and came across this dealership in Plano, TX. I was without a car at that time and only had my motorcycle with me and decided to take on the internet and came across this dealership in Plano, TX. I was without a car at that time and only had my motorcycle with me and decided to take a look at their inventory by stopping at this dealership after my work. Firstly, I was shown a BMW 128i convertible and asked whether i liked the car or not. I said I liked it but I wanted to test drive an Audi and a Mercedes before I made a decision and told them that I need more time. The moment I told them this, Sam from the Sales department started asking me questions such as what happened and why am i not buying the car (as if though i have an obligation to buy?) Initially, they mentioned to give 0 down but Sam asked for a $1000 down and took advantage of my politeness and being here just by myself to buy the car. He quickly completed all the paperwork and asked me to sign the documents with a 4-5% interest rate (which i never knew how he came up with the numbers since I had a good credit history) The car also had a lot of miles on it ~ 67000 and was not even cleaned. They sold this car to me for ~$25000 (2009 BMW 128i convertible with 67000 miles for such a high price huh!) After 6 months the car has started to give me all sorts of problem, (Convertible top did not used to go down, the glass on the cloth became disjoint from the cloth, The AC does not blow any cool air in the scorching heat and the tire's started to wear out) I had to spend $1000 to fix all this from a different mechanic since their service department does exists only for their customers but never seems to operate because whenever you call them, they always have some reason such as their mechanic passed away or something else. I complained about this even to the owners daughter but was not offered any help on the repairs except of pointing to a new mechanic. I absolutely hate this experience and has been the worst product buying experience for me in the United States. Please go to some other dealer as there are plenty out there who will give you a much better customer service and not cheat you on the price and service. I hope this review helps for potential buyers. More

Wonderful buying experience I talked to Sam over the phone and we set up an appointment to see a car. Once I got there I was greeted by him and I went on a test drive (Nice that I was able to go with m phone and we set up an appointment to see a car. Usually I am at the dealership for hours I was approved in 15 minutes and out the dealership in less than an hour. Thanks Sam and Naz ,I also had the pleasure to meet the owner and shake his hand they all thanked me for My business I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

Sam was great to deal with. Everything he said he would do he did in a timely manner and with full follow up. There was never any pressure to buy, the CarFax was offered up without question and he even sen do he did in a timely manner and with full follow up.
