European Motors in Plano, TX is a dealership on the USAA auto buying network. We’ve been a customer of USAA for many years and consider them a trusted resource. This network gave us the opportunity to see car inventory, features and compare prices against actual industry data. We met Sam and told him what we wanted. The test drive raised some questions. Then the surprise. Sam listened to our conversation and immediately suggested we consider another model car which was newer, with warranty remaining, and listed at a lower price. He was right on! The shopping ended and we bought the car with no hassle or additional confusion. Great experience I was in the market for a Hyundai Genesis and European Motors had one of three in stock that was on my radar. I drove out to Grapevine Toyota to test I was in the market for a Hyundai Genesis and European Motors had one of three in stock that was on my radar. I drove out to Grapevine Toyota to test drive one of the candidates and was told the car was in near perfect condition. It was anything but -- eight sizable door dings and damage to rear fender. I emailed Nas Moini while on my way to European Motors in order to check the condition of their Genesis. He perfectly described the condition which was a vast improvement over the other dealership. Nas is laid back and friendly. After a quick test drive (which he did not attend), we quickly worked through the buying process. Sam (dealership owner) weighed in during the transaction, but there is NO pressure, hard sells or anything difficult about the process. The car is in wonderful shape and was very nicely priced -- I did a great deal of homework prior to arriving. The paperwork process was seamless and quick. I truly enjoyed my experience and it is a pleasure spending money with folks that I regard as friendly and professional. I will be back. More
