Amazing car buying experience. I had been looking for a Lexus LS460L for over a year. It was by chance my dad had been keeping an eye out for one as well and found European Moto I had been looking for a Lexus LS460L for over a year. It was by chance my dad had been keeping an eye out for one as well and found European Motors ad via the internet. He and I checked out what was listed on their site and I drove from Sherman, Tx that next evening to see the vehicle in person. I spoke with Amir the next day to set an appointment to visit the next day. He was so nice to speak with over the phone and stated he would have the car waiting when we arrived. Because of disability issues, we needed to see if all our equipment, etc. would work in this car. Amir was so accommodating in making sure we were taken care of. Also, when we wanted to test drive it, he gave us the keys and said to take it out as long as we needed and drive to where we wanted to make sure the car was right for us. Once we returned, the transaction was as smooth and stress free as I have ever encountered. Paperwork in purchasing a car is never fast but the kindness and courtesy we were shown made it go as quickly as possible. I had pre-arranged financing, but Sam worked with me to get a more accommodating arrangement and also helped in getting a better price for an extended warranty. I worked with Ryan (Sales Associate) and Sam (Finance Manager) on the purchase and financing. Both gentlemen were extremely efficient and friendly. All the paperwork was prepared ahead of time so that I was able to come in, sign and leave in a timely manner after a quick test drive. Our first vehicle was for my daughter on her 16 birthday, Mini-Cooper, which we test drove several cars that day and then came back a week later to test drive again. Since that day we were so impressed that we recently purchased our 5th car in 4yrs. Being a big family and the recent hail storm total a car, Sam, the finance mgr worked with with my insurance company and the previous lender to obtain documentation in order for financing on the new car to happen. Sam certainly went above and beyond-I know any other dealership would have been completely hands off. We do shop around, we compared the service, the value for the money and reliability of the dealer. In my profession, nothing to deal with cars, I have to review facts and figures. I live in Minnesota and found exactly the car I was looking for listed by European Motors on the Cars.Com website. I spoke with them by phone and communicated as needed by email. The sales person was always patient with my questions and knowledgeable about the car I wished to purchase. He provided my bank in Minnesota with all of the information they requested and I travelled with a bank check in hand to purchase the car. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales person was waiting to greet me. He had the car prepped and ready to go. He offered that I take it out for a test drive. I did so and the car was exactly as it had been represented on the website. I then met the finance manager who had all of the paper work ready for me to review and sign. These people were courteous and well prepared. I thought finalizing the transaction and driving away to head north to Minnesota was the end of my experience with European Motors. Unfortunately, after receiving the title to the car in the mail a week later, I accidentally misplaced it and was unable to find it. My insurance company needed the title, so I called the finance manager at European Motors to ask him what I needed to do to get a duplicate title from the state of Texas. He simply and graciously said he would take care of it. And he did. I received the duplicate copy by FedEx within a short period of time. I highly recommend European Motors. I could not be happier with the car and their professionalism. And their “go the extra mile” attitude toward customer service was great. - Patrick More
