Advertise one price and try to sell you way over the cost. Fees and title over 7000 just seems to be out of line. As others have said, this dealer is the epitome of bait and switch. They list extremely favorable prices and once you agree to buy the vehicle they nail you with thousands of dollars in fees. This dealerships sold me a car that immediately needed over ten thousand dollars of work, which was undisclosed at the time of purchase. My experience with this dealership began with being greeted by a car salesmen donning a pair of large studded earrings that were turning his earlobes a very distinctive rust-green. Something smelled a touch off upon meeting him and once we sat down together in the car it was unquestionable - it was the salesman. He left to go inside the dealership to grab me a pen and the smell left immediately with him. I turned to my partner and we almost made the decision to leave then and there. The car we test drove, which was one we had found on Autotrader, was adequate but we wanted to test drive other cars with similar metrics from other dealerships in the area before coming to a more educated and informed decision regarding what is, for us, a large purchase. The attempts at persuasion that were made by both this salesman and his manager went well beyond what I would consider harassment as he physically obstructed the exit as we prepared to leave almost begging what he could do to get us to purchase that car that day. We reinforced that it was more about making an informed decision rather than an impulse and we thanked him for his time and were reluctantly "allowed" to leave. Every other day, for about three weeks now this establishment has called me and/or texted me in an attempt to get my business DESPITE my telling them in no uncertain terms that I was both uninterested at this time and had also already made a purchase. Enough is enough, and if I continue to get these calls I will contact the BBB or whomever and explore my options to see what infractions are possible, if any. I would not trust any car in this lot or anyone working here. Seek vehicles elsewhere. More
