Bait and Switch Dealer. Showed up after confirming appointment. They asked which car I was there to see and of course that car was sold 20 mins ago. My car was totaled at a very inconvenient time for me financially. Poor credit, and little money to put down - combined with intermittent job history made my prospects of getting financing slim. After visiting 6 other dealerships, I was giving up hope of getting back into a vehicle. My best offer prior to Noah's help was from Honda. They had a 2004 Accord with 90,000 miles and a busted front bumper. They were asking for $3,500 down plus $380 a month for 72 months. Over $20,000. Kelly Blue Book appraises this same car in perfect condition at only $10,500. Then I went to European Auto Car. Noah Knox was assigned to assist me. He was friendly and down-to-earth, not at all condescending - even optimistic, despite my credit situation. I owe him a debt of gratitude, because he got me into a 2010 Mazda 6 (50,000 miles) in perfect condition with very little down payment, and payments of only $230 a month! Thank you, Noah - and also Mirro (the finance manager) for your financial wizardry that made the impossible possible! I can't thank you enough, and I've already told two friends about your service. I would just like to take the time to thank European Auto Expo for a wonderful job and great selection of cars they have. I had a great experience working one on one with Rich and then later down the line w Expo for a wonderful job and great selection of cars they have. I had a great experience working one on one with Rich and then later down the line with Lenny. The service, kindness and hospitality was great. They didn’t force anything on me. They sat down with me and broke it down step by step so I could understand everything. Rich was an amazing salesman. He followed through with the deal that was promised and followed up to make sure I had all the proper papers so when we picked up the car it was ready to go. Rich even called after to check up on me and the car. Everyone in the store was nice to work with. When it came to financing, Lenny was a great help. He worked with me one on one to show a breakdown of what was going on. Both these gentlemen were a pleasure working with, I would highly recommend them for efficient, fast, and guaranteed work. More

This is a classic bait and switch operation. They have 2 cars I was looking for listed on various sites (their own and aggregators). I went to the dealership and neither was available (Listed at $21K). Th cars I was looking for listed on various sites (their own and aggregators). I went to the dealership and neither was available (Listed at $21K). The first guy I spoke to did not mention the cars were not available. He went straight to 3 other cars that were $3K-$8K More expensive. After some discussion I was told I could get a good deal on these cars; that they were going to lower the price on one(Originally $25K). They came back with projected monthly payments, factoring in a "lower" price and a trade in valued at $2500. Doing some quick math, it was apparent that they had actually raised the price to $33K. (I accounted for tax, interest rate and some fees). They RAISED THE PRICE. Someone that is not as quick could easily be duped. I would not at all recommend doing business with these guys. I met with 3 people there. They ALL LIED; each stated that the originally vehicle I went in to buy was sold on a different day. I hate seeing people taken advantage of so be sure to understand what your payments will be and what you're buying before going to a dealer. Also, don't be afraid to walk away; you can ALWAYS find another car. More

The guys were absolutely wonderful! I had such a great experience the minute I walked in the door. They were very friendly and helped me make a decision. Moh is a flat out liar. They will bait and switch you. They will steal your money and they have zero concern for you. They are out for themselves.
