Plates were suppose to be transferred but they issued new ones even though it was stated several times it was suppose to be transferred. Found many other minor problems with the vehicle after getting it home that they could have addressed to make a better experience but didn't. People were very nice but definitely agree with the reviews for "thieves", "bait and switch" "waste of time", "worst dealership". Shame on management for thinking that this is an acceptable business model for the car industry. More
