Best car buying experience ever! This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience that I have ever encountered! I speak from ‘experience’ with over 45 years of purchasing vehicles This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience that I have ever encountered! I speak from ‘experience’ with over 45 years of purchasing vehicles and 25 years of automotive sales and management. The internet price quoted was very fair and there was no need to go through the ‘hassle’ of having to spend hours at the dealership negotiating for the bet price! Before taking delivery of the car, they have a team of highly experienced Volvo technicians that go over the car very thoroughly (not just an oil change and a detail to make the car look good). Mark, the owner, said that they go over the car in such detail that you should not have to come back for major 30K miles (except for oil changes). That was a strong statement, but he shared with me, in writing, all that was done to the car prior to me driving off the lot and it was ‘above and beyond’ anything that I have experienced. One example of exceeding expectations was, when I picked up my wagon, there was a brand new set of genuine Volvo mats installed. I have sold very expensive BMWs and had to fight with management to get a set of aftermarket mats installed in order to make the customer feel good about their experience at dealership. This was just one of many examples that made my car buying experience a pleasure. Susan, the office manager, was ‘great.’ I am from out of state and she did a great job getting the car registered and scheduling my pick-up time. She made sure that everything would be done to the car in a timely manner as promised. This process would not go so smoothly at other dealerships that I have worked with. I highly recommend Eurocars Plus and would certainly travel back to Groton (almost 2 hours) for service and to purchase my next pre-owned Volvo. More
