I absolutely hate the process of buying cars and have always left it to my husband. There is no other dealership I would have gone to and felt comfortable buying a car on my own. But because of the relationship I've developed I had no problem buying this without assistance. I knew that I would not be taken advantage of because I was a woman. I so enjoy my dealings with Ramesh and Ted because in addition to providing great customer service they also always treat me with respect and don't presume they should only talk to my husband about matters dealing with my car. He explained features clearly and took me on a complete tour of the whole service facility. When I returned with my husband several months later, he remembered me immediately and was enthusiastic about the follow-up visit. He remained highly focused, answering questions and seeking assistance when he needed to consult. The two of us took another test drive. After the test drive, we discussed details including a USAA insurance price advantage. He did not pressure us in any way and was highly respectful of our cautious nature. When we returned a few days later to finalize the purchase, the whole staff including Arnold Brown, made the process quick, easy, and efficient.
