This dealership went out of its way to prove to us that their car was the car we really wanted. First, they gave us the current model year (2011) as a loaner for an entire day in order to really take a te their car was the car we really wanted. First, they gave us the current model year (2011) as a loaner for an entire day in order to really take a test drive (they held a minimal deposit that was refunded). After the day's test-drive we returned to the dealer and ordered a car in the 2012 (next model year - the current model year was running out of cars with the options/colors we wanted). The dealership honored everything they promised at delivery (price, trade-in vlaue, etc.) Some weeks later, the sales person even made a house call to program the home-link door openers as a favor to us since we had older door-openers and couldn't figure out how to make the home-link work. That was way above what I would have expected a sales person to do. Such was our treatment with trading in one car that some months later we went back and bought a second car from the same sales person. My only nitpick is that the finance portion and paper-work signing always takes way too long. But that's any dealership and there is no way around that process. More

I have been a Mercedes owner since 2004. I have always used Germantown Euromotorcars for service both under warranty and out of warranty. They give me a mercedes loaner, they wash my car inside and out, they are on time, and the place is clean. I also recommend Dave Hutchison as a service manager. My experience with a new car purchase was as close to perfect as it could get. I was undecided between a SUV and a sedan. My sales consultant, Larry Stringfield, took the time to get to know me and und perfect as it could get. I was undecided between a SUV and a sedan. My sales consultant, Larry Stringfield, took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. He was then able to offer a recommendation on what would best fit my needs. I ended up the a sedan and I love it! Also, the price negotiation was no stress at all - thanks to the professionalism of Scott Webber. We love our Mercedes cars but this last experience with Euromotorcars G'town was the worst car buying experience we'd had (and we'd bought quite a lot of vehicles over the years). Salesman lied, service fo Euromotorcars G'town was the worst car buying experience we'd had (and we'd bought quite a lot of vehicles over the years). Salesman lied, service for the due slip was not good and the loaner (really rental) was also poor. We just found out that the car had a damage claim and now other dealerships want to reduce the trade in because of that. We asked at the time of purchase if there were any known issues or problems and the salesman said no, he had the history/car fax report to prove it. Now we find out that was bogus. We will never go there again for service or sales and would not recommend them to anyone. More
Rob Fetterolf, is without a doubt, the best Service Writer I have ever dealt with. I have own my 2 Mercedes for several years and it took time to find a Dealership and Service Dept within that I feel Writer I have ever dealt with. I have own my 2 Mercedes for several years and it took time to find a Dealership and Service Dept within that I feel total confidence. Any time I have taken either of my vehicles in for general servicing or a problem, Rob was there to ease my mind and kept me abreast of all action needed or being taken with my car. He has recommended various ittems that needed attention right away and suggested things that could or should wait for a different time. Each time he explained was it was needed or to wait. I honestly feel he takes a real interest with each person he deals with. The entire staff inthe Srevice Dept at EuroMotors Germantown in of the highest professional level. Great job and Tanks to All. I needed to bring my recently purchased Mercedes to a shop for a MD safety inspection. I was a little apprehensive of taking the car to a dealer given that the cost can be higher that an independent ser shop for a MD safety inspection. I was a little apprehensive of taking the car to a dealer given that the cost can be higher that an independent service shop. However, I did a little shopping around by phone and found that their cost is in line with others around. I decided to try this dealer out and see how the overall experience would go. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The service department and Dave in particular were amazing. They should be a model for an industry that is plagued by shoddy work and missed expectations. I don't know about the car buying experience with this store, but I will say that the next time I need any service done on my Mercedes, I will be calling these guys first. Some of the things that stood out for me were: ease of dropping off my car and getting checked in, speed in getting a loaner car (Enterprise desk is right next to the service desk), call-back time (about 2 hours) to discuss what needed to be done to the car, meeting their stated repair time, receiving a call and an email stating the car was ready (invoice was attached to the email), quality of the work, washing the car, the comfortable waiting area, and coffee! Having dealt with several service providers over the years, I can s repair of my vehicle. He has alwyas been couteous, informative, and responsive. Having dealt with several service providers over the years, I can say, without hesitation, that Euromotorcars Germantown is the best and that Rob has been the most helpful of any of the people I have dealt with. Even if the cost is not the lowest around, it is worth it. Shopping price makes no sence given the high quality of service. More
I have a bill for almost $2,350.00 & my car is still not fixed!! My windows go down when I lock my car. My truck I am going some place to get that fixed! at a much cheaper price. It was a gift. My side mirror is not secured! I can go on & on. I deserve a credit on my bill & I'm not alone on this thought. I went to Euro in Germantown because I was treated very well before but enough is enough!!! I think you need to check out your mechanics, make sure they know what they are doing.
