Many times the staff has gone out of their way to replace a light bulb or other small but necessary item for no charge. The loaner policy and scheduled appointments makes it convenient to drop my car off for servicing - this is our second purchase with Euromotors Germantown and the excellent service was a big factor in our choice. This dealer has continually stood by their product and has dealt fairly and at times more than generously with our maintenance needs.
