Michael Davis provides exceptional service and explains fully the work provided to my car. He's always friendly and prompt and makes my service visit extremely pleasant. Michael registers my car for service, gets me a rental car, and I'm an on my way to work within 5 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. He always calls me to tell me when it's ready for pick up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, Michael! I wouldn't take my car any other place! Today I mistakenly left my cell phone in the rental car when dropping it off and picking up my car. With Michael's help, my phone was located and promptly returned to me. All of the employees there are so friendly and helpful. The employees make dropping off my car, getting a rental, and picking up my car after service an enjoyable experience. I've told many of my friends about my wonderful experiences with EuroMotorcars. Because of Michael Davis and the other employees there, I could never imagine ever buying a car at any other location. I highly recommend Michael Davis and EuroMotorcars Devon. More

the worst MB location i have Ever been to!!! having had MB my entire life. i have repeatedly had problems with service, _going there in general is a painful experience. after this last time i will drive an MB my entire life. i have repeatedly had problems with service, _going there in general is a painful experience. after this last time i will drive an hour to avoid going back!! have a 2005 500 MB, bought there , paid cash. always had it properly serviced there. very poor customer service, actually changed people more than once-dont return calls,etc. command system stopped working and was told promptly i needed new one-$7,000 dollars and a new something else -total over $8,000. fine, went to pick up car and was told they couldnt sync my blue tooth, iphone(which worked fine before it broke), because the car was too old and my phone was too new! drove for a month with no saved navigation, phone #s, etc - it was awful! called, made appt with "tech expert", who said it couldn"t be done-would need new car to sync everything and he showed me how to manually insert phone #s- i have way to many contacts to do this but at least put 6 most important in... a few months later go to southampton, ny dealership down the street from my summer home- theyre always friendly and happy to help! what a difference!!! smitty sat in my car for 30 seconds and synced everything perfectly- UNBELIEVABLE!! needless to say i will not go back to devon-they are too busy and not professional!! I had my car checked out for an oil leak and the sales tech had ask me if i had wanted anything else he recommend that I have everything checked out because my full coverage was about to end although I di tech had ask me if i had wanted anything else he recommend that I have everything checked out because my full coverage was about to end although I did have ex coverage. I got my car back and noticed the oil lamp still on I was about to go back in to the shop when a worker outside had ask me what was wrong I told him and he said just drive for a number of miles and it would go out. It never went out. After some times went pass I took it back to the dealer and found they had never refilled it with oil. The formen came out and put oil in it and told me everything was find. I continued to complain and they tried to convey to me that it was my fault. I said that i wanted them to honer the waranty and they said that it had already ended. These people are very deceitful. And they often felt they could talk over me. I felt like it was my word against there and they had no intention on being wrong. To come to a reasonable conclusion I would have used my ex waranty but they did not even bring that up. When I got that Mercedes I was the happiest person but after the service l got I fill so stupid for buying it I should have did my homework on the dealership as I understand all car will have problems at some point in time but how those problems are handled is what makes a good dealership. In my opinion devon is not a good dealership. This is in no way a knock on Mercedes. As a final thought keep the name and change some of those people who work there. More
