And when it does come back it doesn't come back without damage, every single time. The cars cost a ton, service is $225 an hour which is ridiculous, parts very expensive, and while they want to be there for you, there is just no feeling that your important. Your car is just another box of metal. Even with a nice service person and amazing service manager, you are assured of a slowness of service with no feeling of being a VIP ever. Period. The mechanics are OK. Just OK. Except for if you use the shop fore person. They need to slow the xxxx down, know who they are dealing with as a customer on a case by case basis, stop rushing though service, and do something to make you feel special. Why would you want your car brought to a place that really absolutely makes you feel uncomfortable and worried about the service and your car. And without a doubt. You will have to have your car cleaned, not washed, cleaned, from the mechanics work and grease inside after you leave. No one takes the time to wipe the grease off of anything. Sorry. Again. It's an awesomely huge expensive dealership owned by a mechanic who used to work on Mercedes. But that guy isn't here doing the work and he doesn't know the reputation he is getting one car at a time. Find a mechanic, if you can elsewhere, who can handle your work, and don't go in unless you absolutely need a Mercedes machine or repair. Period. More
Eugene Jackson, the service department technician, provided me with outstanding service. Brought in my car because there was a safe recall for replacing the fuel. During the check, Eugene found 2 of m provided me with outstanding service. Brought in my car because there was a safe recall for replacing the fuel. During the check, Eugene found 2 of my front tires have bubbles in the side walls so he advised me to get both tires replacement. Luckily, I also purchased a tire and wheel warranty when I purchased the car, so I was able get a replacement at no cost ( though the alignment will still cost $219) . Thanks Eugene ! More
I made an appointment at Euro Motorcars Devon Mercedes-Benz two (2) weeks prior for leaking rear corroded brake lines on my extremely well-maintained, dealer-serviced 2011 ML-350. I brought the Mercedes-Benz two (2) weeks prior for leaking rear corroded brake lines on my extremely well-maintained, dealer-serviced 2011 ML-350. I brought the car in at 7:30AM on a Tuesday; advised the technician specifically what the issue was with the car; and waited for their advice. After I followed-up one (1) day later where I was advised a technician would be free to look at it the next day; two (2) days after I brought it in (at my appointed day and time), I received a video describing what the issue was (the exact same issue I had advised them two days earlier day when I brought it in at my appointed day and time)! A few hours later I received a quote to replace the corroded brake lines for get this … $7,065. I understand dealerships like this charge a lot more than independent garages and mechanics, but $7,065 to replace some brake lines?! IMHO that was the dealership telling me, “No thank you, we don’t want to do this work but if we do, you will pay us an exorbitant amount of money”. There is NO way replacing some corroded brake lines on a well-maintained 2011 car should cost that much. No way. What made it even worse was the fact they had the nerve to charge me $222.61 for doing the “assessment” when I already told them exactly what the problem was when I brought the car in, yet they held on to my car needlessly for two (2) days, waiting to look at it and then quoted that absurd amount of money! After a prior sub-standard issue I had with this dealership where I shared my opinion with my assigned service technician and also their online survey questionnaire (to which I never received a response), I will never … ever step foot in this business again … and neither should you if you value your time and money. I had a terrible service experience here. I specifically asked for all 4 tires to be replaced. Someone, not me, decided I didn't "need" that and replaced 3 but not all 4 and did not tell me. I specifically asked for all 4 tires to be replaced. Someone, not me, decided I didn't "need" that and replaced 3 but not all 4 and did not tell me. I realized it while looking over the bill. Also, they asked me, a woman, if I needed to ask anyone else at home about the other service items they were proposing to do. I will never, ever patronize EuroMotorcars voluntarily again. More
Car went in for yearly maintenance. Returned to us filthy. They detailed it a week later and dropped it off with extensive damage that we noticed before their driver departed . No one Returned to us filthy. They detailed it a week later and dropped it off with extensive damage that we noticed before their driver departed . No one from the GM to the sales manager will return calls. The worst customer service and severely lacking in ethics and honesty. Biggest mistake we ever made was buying from this conglomerate with a poor reputation. More
A beautiful facility. Oozes privilege, which is to be expected. Warning: don't roam around too much. Especially if you have your Timberlands on instead of your Louboutins. Specific service brought me to expected. Warning: don't roam around too much. Especially if you have your Timberlands on instead of your Louboutins. Specific service brought me to Devon and while I waited I shopped, saw a cute tote planned to purchase everything together. The cashier had other plans. From the time I walked into the retail area while waiting this individual was eyeballing the whereabouts of a 25.00 tote. This is the kind of stuff black people talk about all the time. Most times white people can't help themselves and their microaggresions are served with a side eye. So after she couldn't be any more patient, she found her excuse at the refreshment counter and approached asking if we were ready to purchase. To add insult to injury, she overcharged on the transaction, which she apologized for...Maybe commission was a motivator? Maybe she was taking care of her charge to cover the retail section? Who knows. But, really? I drove there in my Benz, needing business for my OTHER Benz, and this person is worried about a felt tote? This is another example of how people need to take responsibility for their discriminations and just... Stop. Other than that, service was fine. More
Can’t post a zero or I would. I set up an appointment, which isn’t always easy, 10 days ago for service on my vehicle. When I arrived at 7:30 on time for my appointment the “Service” representative says - which isn’t always easy, 10 days ago for service on my vehicle. When I arrived at 7:30 on time for my appointment the “Service” representative says - did you get my text. He sent me a text at 7:01 to tell me that there were no loaners available despite me setting one up 10 days ago. This isn’t the first time and they have no other alternative available other than to wait and hope that someone returns the loaner that I reserved. Like an idiot I signed up for their “special” extra service program for some ungodly amount of money which is clearly not worth it at this dealership. Don’t buy a car here unless you have no other choice. More

We took our '12 GL 450 to them in April of last year for a pre-purchase inspection when the car had only 47K miles. Only 3400 miles later in February of this year the front suspension was low. They checked the air suspension system & the leaking right front airmatic strut was replaced. This May, only 3 months and 475 miles later they saw our car for its annual inspection. It passed, however it was recommended that the level tensioner bars be replaced. How is it that it was not recommended during the pre purchase inspection nor when we brought it in earlier this year for the strut? The replacement NOW recommended is part of the suspension system. How do you check one without checking the other? We have auto repair insurance with a deductible. Had the car been properly diagnosed when they had the car previously, our insurance would have already covered it OR we could have negotiated with the seller before buying the car. Not only do they provide sub par repair service, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE is poor. They have ignored 3 attempts over the course of a month to address this. They make time to take your money, but no time to address or correct their mistakes. More
