I have been to this dealership on many occasions, I have owned a Mercedes for most of my adult life. If I need a loaner it is so simple and convenient, and if I wait for my car there is a comfortable seatin owned a Mercedes for most of my adult life. Mercedes is a brand I have owned for the last 30 years and I have been a customer of many different dealerships and the Euro Devon dealership is by far the best in Sales and Service. The entire staff and in particular Mike Davis treat you like you were part of their family. Servicing a customer is a lost art and Euro reminds me of when you go to a very exclusive restaurant to eat and as soon as you walk in the door all your needs and expectations are exceeded from start to finish. The two mercedes I currently own are only serviced by Euro Devon from oil changes and tires to anything else that needs to be done. More

My sales man Bob was very though, I was very please with him. Had a few minor problems with service but Dave Obrien was excellent he was fair and courteous along with Jeff ridgeway. Michael Davis provides exceptional service and explains fully the work provided to my car. He's always friendly and prompt and makes my service visit extremely pleasant. Michael registers my car for service, gets me a rental car, and I'm an on my way to work within 5 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. He always calls me to tell me when it's ready for pick up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, Michael! I wouldn't take my car any other place! Today I mistakenly left my cell phone in the rental car when dropping it off and picking up my car. With Michael's help, my phone was located and promptly returned to me. All of the employees there are so friendly and helpful.
