Upon entering the GORGEOUS service department, I was warmly greeted by a representative confirming my appointment and directing me exactly where I needed to go. When I walked up to Dave O'Brian's desk ( warmly greeted by a representative confirming my appointment and directing me exactly where I needed to go. When I walked up to Dave O'Brian's desk (my favorite service person in the world) and goodness knows, I've met a ton of them with all the cars my family has had, I was personally greeted and assured that all would be taken care of. I happily pick up a loaner car which was gorgeous and so clean (I almost didn't want to go back to my old car) until I saw how beautiful my own car looked upon pick up. A job well done and within the time period stated. I have multiple friends that have either purchased their cars here or have them serviced and we all agree, it's great. I am a part-time working/stay-at-home mom and the last thing I need is more hassle. Thank you to everyone here that made my Thursday and Friday so great! More
