I don't normally write reviews for service, unless my experience has been exceptional, and my experience with Euromotorcars has been second to none. Euromotorcars and Mercedes-Benz owes it to my service experience has been exceptional, and my experience with Euromotorcars has been second to none. Euromotorcars and Mercedes-Benz owes it to my service advisor, Dennis Shrewsberry for absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. Since I first started visiting the dealership back in 2000, Dennis always went the extra mile to make sure my service experience was an exceptional one. He has always been very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. Sometimes I neglect to make an appointment, but he somehow he fits me into his schedule and the work is always completed in a timely manner. He keeps me up to date with what's going on with my vehicle and there's never any surprises. I've spoken to Jim Willard and written to Mercedes-Benz of North America about Dennis's outstanding professionalism. In the past I rarely bought the same vehicle make twice in a row because I like to try different things, but my last 3 vehicles have been Mercedes-Benz vehicles because of my experience at Euromotorcars, specifically Dennis Shrewsberry. I will continue to buy Mercedes-Benz vehicles as long as he's working at Euromotorcars. Well done Dennis, exceptionally well done! Eric Karu M.D. More
I was concerned because I had read a couple of negative ratings for the Service Department of Euro Motorcars of Bethesda. I couldn’t have been more pleased. After the 1000 mile Service, I noticed a bad s ratings for the Service Department of Euro Motorcars of Bethesda. I couldn’t have been more pleased. After the 1000 mile Service, I noticed a bad scratch on the front lower air dam of my new car!!! I was semi-hysterical!!! ( O.K. maybe not semi). I returned to Euro Motorcars and they had some proof that the car arrived at their shop with that damage. They could claim that it was not their fault. HOWEVER, they offered to fix it at no cost to retain my customer good will. They certainly accomplished that! More
I can't believe I am rating all 5's for a used car purchasing experience, but in this case it was well deserved. I got exactly what I needed, and I didn't feel coerced or pressured in any way to go f purchasing experience, but in this case it was well deserved. I got exactly what I needed, and I didn't feel coerced or pressured in any way to go for something else. I got to test drive a few options, I was walked through on everything I need to know as an owner (and more!), and I made the decision because I wanted to, not because I was being pushed. I ended up with a really top quality ML, and haven't regretted it for a second. I especially enjoyed the people I encountered - in particular the finance guy was a riot. At first I thought finance was going to be the worst part of the experience, but it ended being fun and feeling honorable, not at all slimy. So far I have had no issues with service, but I don't have a ton of experience there yet. When I do, I'll update again. Thanks for the great car, great experience, and I'll definitely be back! More
Aki Tareen was a very knowledgeable and corteous salesman. We test drove 3 R types, and decided on a 2011 R350. The price was better than anywhere I found for a compareable car. I recently purchased a pre-owned 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I requested was ready for a test drive (a feature not found in Mercedes of Tysons Corner). The sales representative Mr. Akmal Tareen was very professional, polite, and knowledgable about the car. Everything was done in a timely manner. And I am more than satisfied with Euromotorcars Bethesda and looking forward to this dealer for my future mercedes cars. More

These guys may be able to sell you a car, but that does not mean they know how to fix one correctly or in a timely manner. Had I known this, I would never have taken the car there after a guy hit me in a p not mean they know how to fix one correctly or in a timely manner. Had I known this, I would never have taken the car there after a guy hit me in a parking lot and they are taking their sweet time fixing it. Yesterday I went to the shop and found that they were trying to get my insurance company to pay for what they are calling damage to the car that was not caused by the incident which happened on march 3rd, but rather charge either them or me for buffing out every nick and scrape every encountered by the vehicle when average road dust hits it. Nice try guys, but now I'm onto your scheme and it's just wrong and unethical. Right about now I'm ready to go to the media and call these guys out on the scam they are running.... The vehicle is leased from their dealership as well and I'm thinking that the only reason they are doing all this extra work is because they think they see a sucker and are trying to take both customer and insurance company for a ride. I know I'm not going to pay for all this unsolicited extra work and I wouldn't expect my insurance company to do so either, so they can take this car and shove it up their rear. Mercedes Benz Financial services is also being a pain and expects you to pay for the car even when it's going to take months to get it back, while refusing to provide a loaner of any type or move those months to the back of the lease. As for the xxxxxx who hit me, and yes, he was at fault, lying to your insurance company is not going to get you very far and because no one wants to take responsibility for this, I'm stuck in the middle without a car to drive. Seems at the end of this, I'm going to just walk away from the car and Mercedes Benz can now try and re-sell a car that has now been damaged.... good luck with that. As for my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, it might be nice to actually show up when called by the body shop within a week of taking the message..... and as for State Farm insurance, perhaps you should think twice before insuring a person whose car has already been in a few accidents and realize that backing out of a parking space at full force while on your cell phone does not make your driver the innocent party here, in fact, that would make him the party at fault. Lastly, just an FYI for all you out there: if some dude hits you backing out of a space in a parking lot while you are just looking to park, when the police show up they are going to tell you that they have no jurisdiction and are no help at all. So I ask you all this: if I'm walking through a parking lot and some driver hits me, does this mean that just because I'm walking through a private parking lot for an office building or retail area that the police we pay their salaries for are just going to tell us that it's outside their responsibility? The answer is a big fat YES. More
Excellent Dealership. They know what "Customer Service" means, truly professional. I would ONLY buy from this dealership. My last car was delivered to me in Florida, you can't beat that. I have purchased 3 cars from Euromotors, and each has been serviced there for many years. (One of my cars has 295,000 miles on it!!) I continue to have my service done by them because of the knowledgea been serviced there for many years. (One of my cars has 295,000 miles on it!!) I continue to have my service done by them because of the knowledgeable, courteous service advisers and quality of the work done. My experiences have uniformly been positive. As with anything mechanical, on occasion they have been unable to find the "problem" that I wanted them to fix (like intermittant noises). On such occasions, I am contacted by a service adviser and given the option of continuing to use their (FREE) Mercedes loaner car while they try to replicate the problem, or to pick up my car. They have also offered to have me drive with their mechanic on a test drive to demonstrate the concern. Ultimately, regardless of the problem, my car has been properly repaired, and I feel good knowing that it has been worked on by mechanics who are specifically trained by Mercedes to work on Mercedes cars. AND, when I do pick up my car, I get back a freshly washed vehicle!!! As with anything, good service and highly trained people come at a cost. I accept that having my car worked on by specially trained mechanics costs more than if I took it to a gas station or independent mechanic who has not been trained by Mercedes or overseen by its management. There is also an advantage to having the same dealer work on all my cars. They know my cars and me, and if I have a concern, they WILL solve the problem. Given my consistently positive experiences at Euromotors, I would not take my cars anyplace else. More
