Just purchased an S63 AMG from Boba Radulovic and I could not be happier! I knew I wanted to purchase a new car and had a few different cars in mind. Before I went to Euromotor Cars, I had gone to the Porsche and BMW dealerships on Rockville Pike. Porsche was nice enough but I didn’t like the sales person that much (found him condescending when I wanted to know the cost of a car out the door). The customer service at BMW was pretty bad and I was not approached by a salesperson or asked if I needed help for a good 10 minutes. Even though I was checking out and sitting in various models. Then I went to Euromotor Cars, I had already had a good experience there previously when my brother purchased his car. Everyone at Euromotor Cars was very friendly and multiple people approached me and my family asking if we needed help. I walked around the dealership (it’s huge) and sat in various models and tried the S63 AMG and fell in love. I went to the front desk to ask for a salesperson (since before I was just looking) and Boba came right over and introduced herself to us. We got so lucky! She is really nice, honest and knowledgeable about MB. Long story short, I purchased the car and am in love with it! Boba has been really nice and attentive and has answered all my questions about the car. I love that she sets up appointments with her clients after they purchase the car to go over every button and answer any additional questions they may have. She is also really prompt and answers emails right away (which is great). I have loved my experience with Euromotor Cars and cannot recommend Boba enough! You really get the sense that she cares about her clients and that she is working with you. More

I went into the dealership to get out of a lease with Ford as I felt they were overcharging me for the vehicle I was in and over the years there had been a lack of communication. I reached out to Eric Ford as I felt they were overcharging me for the vehicle I was in and over the years there had been a lack of communication. I reached out to Eric Scott to see if he could help me and put me in a car that made the most sense for me financially moving forward. Ultimately we decided that a certified-pre owned vehicle was the best way for me to go. Ken Speckler helped me from there and got me in an awesome 2011 GLK that suits me perfectly. The whole process of getting me out of my lease and into my new car, only took me about 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone there worked to meet my needs and I couldn't be happier. I've had a Mercedes-Benz lease since December of 2010. During the life of that lease, Eric Scott has been instrumental in maintaining my loyalty with the brand. He is attentive, responsive, courteous, and has both my best interest in mind as well as the dealership. My most recent visit was due to my 2011 lease was coming to an end. Eric was able to pull me out of that lease early and put me in a brand new 2014 model with zero down and comparable lease payments. Knowing that my goal was to get into a 2015 model C class, Eric structured the lease so that we would be able to take advantage of the aggressive lease options on the 2015 model once available. With his help, I now have a fantastic new C class 2014 model and am looking forward to working with Eric again soon. Additionally, I have already recommended Eric, specifically, to my friends and family. As a result, my mother is now a happy Mercedes-Benz owner as well, thanks to Eric's wonderful demeanor, service, and care.
