She was so good that we decided to not go with the Range Rover which we we thought we wanted. We were just browsing the Mercedes but Boba was so knowledgeable about the car and extremely professional and friendly that we changed our minds and went with the Mercedes instead. She even has gone out of her way when I stopped by there two weeks after buying the car to answer my questions about the car and working some of the features. I have learned that there is no need to waste your time going anywhere else as Euro is tops! Professional, knowledgeable sales persons (Eric Scott, in particular, is the best!), a huge inventory (and if they don't have it, they will find it), the best deals/pricing, superb service personnel, and the list goes on. They bend over backwards to make not only your purchase experience as uneventful as possible (after all, getting out of the showroom as quickly and easily as possible and on the road with your new car is the intent, isn't it?) but the relationship continues at that level throughout the entire time you have your car. At Euromotors, once you are in the door, you are immediately welcomed. Once you choose your car, you are immediately part of the family. (as an aside . . . I drove four BMW's before coming to Mercedes and Euromotors. Although I loved my BMW's, I can NOT go back as my experiences at Euromotors have been so positive that I simply can not even think of leaving). More
