My wife and I have been working with Eric for 10 years and his exceptional level of service and professionalism makes the car leasing/buying process a very pleasant experience. His deep product knowledge greatly assists matching a customer with the right vehicle and options. I'd also like to note that Randy Merry, the General Sales Manager, has stayed involved with all of my transactions and always provides strong support. I also worked with Business Manager, Sandra Snyder, on the lease side of the transaction, as well as Concierge, Anthony Castro, to explain the elaborate electronics and features of the vehicle. Great Experience! I was referred to Euro Motorcars in Bethesda when looking for a new vehicle. I had already been to another dealer and looking online for the vehicle I I was referred to Euro Motorcars in Bethesda when looking for a new vehicle. I had already been to another dealer and looking online for the vehicle I wanted. Eric was interested in finding the vehicle I was looking for with the features that were important to me. Pricing was straight forward from the start and lower than most comparable options. He was very prompt in communication and always available when needed. His level of knowledge made me feel comfortable with the purchase. Several times he pointed out details about the vehicle and financing options that may be of best interest to me. When the vehicle was delivered, Eric again facilitated the highest level of communication throughout the process. The driver, Anthony, took the time at delivery to go over the vehicle's features in detail and help to set up the Bluetooth on my phone. I felt truly cared about as a person and that I received the highest level of service. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be looking forward to doing business with them again when the time comes. More

ASTUTE & OUTSTANDING in all realms! I recently moved to the area, so I experienced my first visit to Euro Motorcars Bethesda on yesterday (after years of multiple purchases at a differen I recently moved to the area, so I experienced my first visit to Euro Motorcars Bethesda on yesterday (after years of multiple purchases at a different location); and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST, PROFESSIONAL experience that I've encountered in sales of any sort! When I registered online to receive more information on a pre-owned vehicle, Salesman Rabi Abdul-Malek called me within minutes to service me. He picked me (and my daughters) up from our home and took us to the dealership during rush-hour (TOTAL CONVENIENCE). Literally minutes later, I test-drove the vehicle of my interest (and heart's desire), and within an hour after submitting my application to Business Manager Iso Ebong, I was ASTONISHED and sat in AWE that I was signing a contract with Mercedes-Benz Financial, which included a practical 3-year warranty as well. Their ASTUTE and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE was/is AMAZING due to their personal AUTHENTICITY!! Shortly after our home arrival, as my daughters completed their homework, I shockingly realized that it was STILL daytime...WOW! Best Service Ever I made an appointment with Dawn Swanson to bring my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 in for a driveability issue. When I arrived ( which was late, because my V I made an appointment with Dawn Swanson to bring my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 in for a driveability issue. When I arrived ( which was late, because my Verizon GPS had taken me approx. 13 minutes in the wrong direction ), I was written up and my Van was taken in immediately. The technician verified my issue, replaced the part needed and then test drove my vehicle to confirm the repair. Never in my life have I been treated with such respect and consideration as I was treated by Dawn, Jorge, Alvaro and Tyler. I feel that Mercedes Corporation should ask EuroMotorcars Sprinter in Rockville, MD to train the other Mercedes Service Centers on how to operate a Service and Parts Department. I purposely drove several hours out of my way to come to Euromotorcars Sprinter Service Center because they were reccommended very highly by another customer of theirs. This is the 4th Mercedes Sprinter that I've owned. I now will drive further from where I live to PURCHACE my next Sprinter and I will only bring my Sprinter to Euromotorcars of Rockville, MD to have serviced. I had only purchaced my Sprinter from anther Dealership because it was hours closer to my home. More

First Time Dealing with Eric Scott: I just bought my 2017 S550 from Eric at Euro Motorcars. I live in the State of New York and there were none in my area. I contacted my auto broker I just bought my 2017 S550 from Eric at Euro Motorcars. I live in the State of New York and there were none in my area. I contacted my auto broker Chad Spencer of www.autoleaseconsultant.com in Florida and he worked out a deal with Eric in MD and introduced Eric and EuroMotorcars to me even though I was many hours away and many miles away. I couldn't have been more pleased with the seamless, professional, courteous way in which Eric and Chad handled this deal, including delivering this car right to my door in NY. I never had to step foot in the dealership which would have cost me time and money, of which I saved thousands. I look forward to enjoying my S550 (and it drives like a dream) and I look forward to buying my next car at EuroMotorcars with Eric and Chad even though I live in the State of New York. E. B. Awesome buying experience and service!! I’ve lived in 3 different states and dealing with different luxury cars and their dealerships (Lexus, BMW and Mercedes). I got my first Mercedes from I’ve lived in 3 different states and dealing with different luxury cars and their dealerships (Lexus, BMW and Mercedes). I got my first Mercedes from EuroMotorcars Bethesda (EMB) over a decade ago and the majority of my C320 maintenance/repair is done by EMB. WHY the majority of the time? Because every time I took it to the one close to my place in NoVA, they did not fix the problem, so why bother. I only use the VA dealer for oil change. EMB has experience technicians who’ve been with the company for over 20 years. That’s impressive in itself. As a token of my appreciation for their excellent service dept, I’ve decided to go back to EMB and buy a new Mercedes from them again. And WOW… I thought my first buying experience was a good but this one was over the top!!. I brought my better half with me and he was even more impressed by the whole deal. So, meet the person who made the difference, ERIC SCOTT. He quickly made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, presented us with different options and at times he opened our eyes to other things that we hadn’t thought about. I never had any sales consultant who answered my text question on his off hours before. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a particular deal. Getting the car (which had to be built) was a smooth process. When I had to pick it up, he even made an arrangement for a tutorial session for me. Seriously, the whole car buying experience was so AMAZING--painless and stress free!! So if you want to buy a Mercedes, go to Euromotorcar Bethesda (even if you live in NoVA) and get Eric. It’s worth it to drive there and you won’t be disappointed!! More
