Eric was very helpful to discuss everything I needed: car choice, financing,.... I left the Mercedes shop around 7:30 PM with a pretty good idea of what car I wanted to buy. Decision was made overnight and I texted Eric on Friday morning to make a 1:00 PM appointment to finalize the purchase and get the car. Everything was ready and it took only 1H15 minutes. At 2:15 PM I was behind the wheel of my new E sedan wagon 4 matic with final MD plates. Great and smooth experience.
