He then slammed the phone down in my ear. Visited Euro today to pickup my Vehicle and asked the cashier for headquarters number. Cashier reached out to a colleague who wanted to know Why I needed the number? I was provided with Euro number instead; cashier so noticeably irritated, researched the number to HQ for me. The location, the selection, the attention to detail in the facility, and most importantly the people ... sales and service. With regard to my recent lease of a 2018 GLE 350, it is important to highlight the healthy experience I had with Edwin Escarraman. He was welcoming, attentive, thoughtful, detailed and definitive while endeavoring to facilitate my needs. His thoroughness through the transaction and follow-up after I left with my new car were appreciated, as well. Eric was contacted immediately to escort me to his office area. After a sincere hello, since I was a returning customer, I stated my list of what I wanted/ needed to lease another Mercedes. I knew this would be challenging because the cost of the car had risen, but not my expendible cash flow. He said,, “I will try my best”. Within an hour and forty-five minutes, the car and paperwork were mine!! I was almost in a state of disbelief! The “art of the deal” was seamless and no haggling was involved. Steps away the store manager signed and sealed the sale. Three other dealerships said no way possible. I am one happy Grammy!! Thank you! More
