Scam stay away. I bought 2014 G wagon from Bethesda MD in end of October 2017. mr Rene Ayala was me salesman. After taking a test drive I found steering wheel to be v I bought 2014 G wagon from Bethesda MD in end of October 2017. mr Rene Ayala was me salesman. After taking a test drive I found steering wheel to be very stiff and transmission didn’t feel good but salesman told me All these trucks are like that plus it’s been parked for few months here. He also mentioned me there was a minor accident so they replaced front bumper and light. He was so convincing I believed whatever he said. Spent about 90k with taxes. After week I realized car it’s not running properly I found so many issues with this truck so I called him and he convinced me to buy new one so I told him fine he told me there is one in shipped for customer he cancelled you will get it in two weeks I said okay I can wait he took my credit card info to charge me $1000 deposit. I called him back two weeks later he told me next week then another week go by so now I am worry after calling him few times he picked up the phone and he told me I am sorry that truck is sold I can order new one for you from scratch it will take three months to come in so I said then after three months you will not give me same amount trade value to this car what I paid you then he said you will not loose more then couple thousand I said okay then write me contract and email me he went to his manager according to him and they refused to do so now I got upset with him I felt like he is playing games I told him you sold me Lemmon this truck has a lot of issues he told me you bought extended warranty why you worry so much take it to any Benz dealer they will fix it everything under warranty so I took it to the Gerry hill NJ dealer they couldn’t find out why steering wheel get stuck and transmission is missing when it shift gears mind you truck had only 24k miles. So I took another appointment to another Mercedese dealer where I bought couple cars before in the then mean time ray son called and he goes he sells new cars and my father sells pre owned cars he told me to call you and let you know the truck you ordered it’s here so I said you guys must be kidding me so I told him how much will you give me trade value for the Lemmon your dad sold me he went to his manager and came back and told me 62k I was shocked people can be so greedy I was like first of all your father sold me Lemmon I am stuck with this truck and now you are giving me 20k less for couple of month so make a long story short i just hang up on him. I took my truck to Devon PA Mercedese draler they called me few days after and gave e detail My steering column is damaged due to accident this truck went off road and all the bottom part got damaged. in texas Mercedese dealer changed the transmission and some other parts and at that time they couldn’t see the damaged inside the steering column. People didn’t install transmission properly this is the reason doesn’t shift gear properly. They gave me all the info with dates. I called me ray at bethseda dealer ship and I told him off he played dirty he didn’t give me any of this information he goes like typical salesman oh let me get back to ou after speak to my manager mean while Devon Mercedese dealer asking Bethesda dealer ship to pay for the parts and they are refusing to pay so almost two months passed by between this fight. Three times they told me they will cover then Bethesda dealer wounds sign release form then finally they say they won’t pay because I never complaint I had all the text messages I sent to salesman saved in my phone and all the dirty tricks hey played on me. I called mr ray again I asked why did you lie about that you knew Teuck had issue since I took test drive he admitted but put on his bosses this is their desicion. These dealership is full of xxxxxxx who lie after lie they have no self respect or dignity. I told Devon dealership let me pay for it and they were so nice they told me it’s not about money it’s about principal there is no way for me to damage steering wheel it was physically damaged and they wanted Bethesda dealer to pay for it. After two month battle they ended up paying for everything because they knew this is the salesman fault who lied to me about truck condition. both dealership own by EuroMotorcars but I guess people who is running and managing makes it big difference. One dealership is honest other is full scam artists. More

Misrepresentation of Service fees. After being on the phone for 30 minutes to find out they did not have the part I needed in stock, which I explained over the phone the AC condenser wa After being on the phone for 30 minutes to find out they did not have the part I needed in stock, which I explained over the phone the AC condenser was leaking and I wanted to preorder parts so I do not have to make 2 trips, I had scheduled my appointment a week in advance to be on my day off, 1 week later. I had papers from another shop that I showed which they had referred me to this company because my car make and model is serviced at Euro Motors smart cars., I asked for the earliest appointment that day, which they gave me a 7:30 am. appt. I wanted to be in and out which is why I scheduled so early, because I have other errands to run on my day off..Today I get there 7:30 with full rows in the service lanes full of people waiting. My SERVICE ADVISOR ; JOSEPH LYONS seemed to be a polite individual explaining and answering questions I had at first, but later I found out that he was 2 faced, slick and shy , scamming like ways with the prices. I was quoted $149 for the diagnostic check to find out where there was a leak coming from the AC unit, (which is were they put a refridgerant in to recharge the AC and detect where the leak is coming from). I explained to him I know all so well what they need to do to find the leak as I have got the same service done at another place and showed the papers, but that place could not fix my car model , because the person that was able to do it left their shop and their staff referred me here. I was told it would be about and Hour just pay $149. 2hours later the car has not even been looked at for diagnostics but he brought some mechanic with him and was trying to switch up his quote of $149 diagnostic and say that I need to pay $280 for them in total for diagnostic to put the refrigerant in and recharge the ac unit and find out where the leak is and it was like he was trying to play me as a fool, we kept going back and forth about what he quoted for diagnostic fee, and I'm asking him multiple times where how is the $149 diagnostics going to dectect where the leak is if i have to pay $280 ....It was not until after 2 and half hours of getting no where that I said well I will leave and get this diagnostic test else where, then he finally came to his senses to credit his mistake and not acknowledge it, but the only fair person in this situation was the mechanic that he brought up at the time. so finally I ended pay $149 almost 3hours later. and then they want to wash my car. I told them not to wash the car and they wash it anyway. The guy that washed the car had said he got the gears stuck in drive mode and could get it out of drive and says I need to see my service tech for an unrelated appt. I wasted about 3 and half hours to get my car washed and misguided fees. bad experience. if I could rate 0 stars I would. I visited various dealerships (Audi and BMW) and even two different Mercedes Benz dealerships in my months long quest for a new car. The person who stood out head and shoulders above every other sales associate was Edwin Escarraman. As alluded to in the title of my review, I was very impressed by Edwin’s temperament, knowledge and wise counsel. He was midful in addressing all the needs/wants my family explained and offered various options (rather than steer us into decisions that made no sense for us, as other sales associates attempted to do). He consistently displayed initiative but balanced that with patience, and approached every interaction with professionalism. Moreover, even when the sale of the car was long completed, Edwin remained a helpful resource, checking in to find out if we had any questions about the vehicle and making sure my family was enjoying all the features that we had sought out. Simply, I have complete confidence in Edwin and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone (indeed, for those friends of mine in the market for a car, I have passed along Edwin’s contact information). All my ratings here are based on my interactions with Edwin; A+++, 10 out of 5 ... the highest marks across the board!!! More
