My husband and I have had such great experience with our first dealer from our first SUV 3 years back that we have always wanted to meet someone as good as he was. Fast forward 3 years, we needed another vehicle and we met Ustino. He listened to our preferences, gave us his best insights and suggestions, and gave us the best deal for a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC. All we asked for were keychains for freebies, but he handed us more than what we wanted. He was no formal-square traditional guy.
