He was knowledgeable, professional at all times, funny, warm, kind, has great energy and clearly loves the product he's selling and incredibly attentive. I've never had any car salesman give me their cell let alone every time I've called even after I purchased the car he's pickup on on the first two rings. I bought my first Mercedes back in the 90's and it literally saved my life in a horrific car accident. For a variety of reasons I went to a BMW X5 for number of years and it was a positive experience but not the same level at all of sales and professionalism Ron showed my husband and I. We really appreciated how he listened to us and exactly what we were specifically looking for. He was open to sharing all of the new technology but never pushed anything on us.
