The staff here are extremely helpful and personable, everyone from the front desk concierge to the valet to the salesmen(women) you see in passing. Not more than 5mins went pass without someone asking me if I needed anything while I waited to be assisted. If you are going to visit on the weekend I suggest calling a head of time to schedule something as this place can be crowded on the weekends. I had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by Mr. Darryl Minerve. Darryl is the furthest thing from the typical salesman and truly one of a kind. He made my car buying experience one I will always remember. Darryl was very informed when it came to Mercedez-Benz brand. He took the time to identify the exact make model and upgrades I wanted on a vehicle (which was in another state). Despite distance Darryl made sure my vehicle was available sooner rather than later given it was not at the dealer. His level of patience is unmatched. He took his time to address every question and concern I had. He made sure I was satisfied with every step of the process before moving on. Darryl also was completely transparent throughout my entire process. Never did I feel like he was pulling the wool over my eyes and that speaks volumes to his character as a salesman. He made sure to keep my interest in mind throughout the entire process and I am truly grateful he was apart of my car buying experience. Also Sudhir Katyal is the man to know here!!
