If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. My interactions with my sales and servicemen has been so incredibly unsatisfactory, I filed a formal complaint with Mercedes Benz USA. It’s not enough that they registered two vehicles in my name, which caused all manner of havoc with the state of Maryland; they (Bruce P.) sent me out on patched tires, because he didn’t want me to have a loaner. If that isn’t enough, my salesman (Sam), apparently lies to customers to ensure a sale. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, but especially not to people of color. I have not been made to feel welcome and wouldn’t want anyone else to have my experience. More

Did my business with them over the internet! Mind you I live in NJ and they had the car I wanted and their delivery guy Mike delivered it to ME. Eric explained everything to me over the phone, he made ever live in NJ and they had the car I wanted and their delivery guy Mike delivered it to ME. Never use this dealership , they take advantage of people that dont know much about cars especially women . This is the fourth time I had my wife go there to get ripped off , for a flat tire they want her to that dont know much about cars especially women . This is the fourth time I had my wife go there to get ripped off , for a flat tire they want her to change all four tires for a total of $2000. Please don't use this dealership .
