I was having mileage issues with my Sonata Hybrid and contacted the dealer where I bought the car (OHare Hyundai). They told me (without seeing the car) That ther was nothing wrong with it. I then contacted Hyundai corporate and Tod called me and set up an appointment. He went out of his way to check the car and worked with my wife and I to understand the issues and worked with us to understand the systems and how they worked. The man was very kind and gave me and amazing deal for my first new car! Cared about my safety and listened to my preferences! He had quite a sense of humor and told us to come to the dealership for a oil first new car! Cared about my safety and listened to my preferences! I have experienced other sales people trying to sell cars at other dealerships and seemed annoying but he was just marvelous! Great job and I'm loving my car, hyundai elantra ! More
