Ettleson Buick GMC - Service Center

My car suddenly started acting crazy and then would not star I parked my car in a busy parking lot and when I returned from my shopping my car windows were all opened. I thought what did I do? So I drove home I parked my car in a busy parking lot and when I returned from my shopping my car windows were all opened. I thought what did I do? So I drove home and parked the car in my garage. When I went back to the car to make another errand, the windows were all opened again! So I went to the post office and left the car running but then went to a restaurant to meet a friend and when I parked the car and turned it off, it would not turn back on. I called roadside assistance and she said I need to put my key in a hole in my console. That didn't work so a very nice man came within 30 minutes and jumped my car. I drove straight to the dealership and they discovered that I had accidentally dropped my key into a glass of water and it destroyed my key. I left the car overnight and they fixed everything and did my oil change and even rotated my tires. More

Misleading When I leased my new Buick I was of the understanding that service was included in the lease payment, like Honda provided in the leases that I had wit When I leased my new Buick I was of the understanding that service was included in the lease payment, like Honda provided in the leases that I had with them for the past 12 years! However that’s not the case with Ettleson Buick. I have to pay for oil changes and other services!!! I’m not a happy customer!!! More

Good, fast service My interlink screen was broke. I took it in. On my first visit, I was informed that they had to order the part. It was late on Friday, so they said it My interlink screen was broke. I took it in. On my first visit, I was informed that they had to order the part. It was late on Friday, so they said it probably wouldn’t arrive until Wed. or Thur. & it would take about 2 to 3 hours to fix. They would call me when it arrived. No call, so on Thur. I called. Part was in. Couldn’t get an appointment until the next Monday. Wasn’t happy I had to go that long with no screen or radio, but ok. On Monday the part was put in. Took an hour. Everything’s working fine. More

Too much one-sided information Sched an oil change & follow up on an AC recharge for my 2013 Enclave. Took 2.5 hours. They rotated my tires w.o. asking (I had them done 2 mos. prior Sched an oil change & follow up on an AC recharge for my 2013 Enclave. Took 2.5 hours. They rotated my tires w.o. asking (I had them done 2 mos. prior). Said I needed new rear evaporator & blower motor (due to size of new replacement evap) $1450+ Recommended brake job $800+ Total estimate almost $2400. As lot to process and review as a result of an oil change appointment. I'll have to rely strictly on my neighborhood mechanic from now on. More
