High Priced & Bad workmanship Had to take my car in twice for the same suspension issue. They were not through in checking suggested on repair and missed a ball joint. When I complained about same noise after repairs they later agreed they missed it and two wheel alignments had to be done when that could’ve easily been checked the first time around. Also, complained about vehicle hesitation I was told it was thoroughly checked there’s no issue needless to say Two weeks later I broke down and it was an issue that could have been prevented. Have had this truck for 4 mos just about and have broke down twice. Needless to say I’m overall disappointed in this whole vehicle purchase from the Sales man, Finance, Repair Dept and the GM who never called me back after I left a complaint! Will never purchase a vehicle here again. More

I went to YELP and found that Eddleson Cadillac had a very good rating. I read some of the reviews and decided to book an appointment. I arrived early and was met by Randy, one of the service managers. He welcomed me,took all of my informstion, and explained their policies. Randy walked me to the customer lounge, made sure I had coffee etc. and told me he would be back once the diagnostics were run. He returned after about 15 minutes to let me know I needed a sensor replaced and also that I was due for an oil change. The part was in stock and all the repairs were made in 2 hours. I was able to do some shopping in the adjacent shopping center during the repair time. Excellent service and a cleaned, washed car too. Thank you Eddleson. I’ll be back!! More

Not if they have to work with Brian Green Everyone in my previous experiences at ETTLESON has been very good up until yesterday when I was working with Brian Green. First off when I was waiti Everyone in my previous experiences at ETTLESON has been very good up until yesterday when I was working with Brian Green. First off when I was waiting for someone to check in my car for my scheduled appointment I seen Brian sitting in his office. On his cell phone and a porter or another man went in and said I was waiting for someone to check me in. I heard him tell the other person he was going to the bathroom and the he would get to me. Which he did but then he said I could either wait there or he could have the porter take me home fine because it would be an hour to diagnose my car at that point he would call and let me know what was wrong with my car. That was at 10:35am. By 1:15pm no word from Brian until I reached out to him. Needless to say he still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car and when it would be ready and I didn’t even find out until I got to speak with his manager. He told me I should have asked for a loner but he told me I either could have stayed and waited which probably been the better option but he didn’t even suggest a loaner. At the time. Needless to say it wasn’t a good experience and maybe he should be trained in customer service. More
