Still have the same problem Brought my car in for the 3rd time, rattle in the front end. The first time, they couldn't find anything. The 2nd time, took a mechanic out and he hea Brought my car in for the 3rd time, rattle in the front end. The first time, they couldn't find anything. The 2nd time, took a mechanic out and he heard it, a new left front strut was installed, but I'm still experiencing the same noise. On November 15 took mechanic for a ride, but couldn't find a bumpy enough street to recreate the noise. Plus, it was a wet, snowy day was hard to hear. Took it out today and used my phone to video it. Hope that helps when I go back for the 4th time. I get it that if they can't hear it, it's hard to repair, but I can't be the first car to have this issue. The last time the mechanic that took a ride with me said he knows what noise I'm talking about, but can't do anything without knowing where it's coming from. It's obviously a suspension issue, just can't understand how no one hears it. I'd be glad to let them keep it, take it home with em, it's getting annoying. I give em credit though, they did find a couple other issues I wasn't aware of (bad rear shocks, leaking trans line) More

Car brought to dealership by tow because care would run Service rep greeted me and tow truck driver right away. Filled out service paper work & car was repaired in about 1 hr. & returned to me.
