Last Saturday I had. 930 appt for an oil change. I pulles on the garage @ 933 delayed due to storm. AST in the waiting room and was called in by Brian, who was a very unfriendly but who am I to judge something could have happened. He told me 1.15 to get oil change and tire rotation which I found surprising but just went to waiting room. @ 11am I did not hear anything and went to ask Brian. I said I had been there for 1.5 and not happy. He promptly corrected and told me I arrived at 1140 and said he would check. It was the way he said it that upset me. He was one of the rudest person I ha e met in a customer service meeting. I told myself I would never come back and I will not. If I get another GMC I will have it serviced elsewhere. He really ruined my morning. I was not happy More
More than I expected. There was a sound coming from the front passenger tire and it’s frequency increased with the speed of the car. The front passenger tire was worn more than any of the others, and the front driver’s side tire was worn more than the two back wheel tires. I put it all in the hands of the Service Rep., Rich Gibbons, and he said he would take care of it. As I waited and enjoyed the cold bottled water, Rich would come by and update me on progress. Rich said the mechanic said I needed an alignment and at least two new tires. He showed me the makes and prices, and at my request gave me a recommendation for the ones he has on his and his wife’s personal cars. Later Rich came by again and told me that the mechanic had determined the noise was because of a bad bearing and that it would be replaced. I was there a little longer than I had originally planned, but very happy and thankful that I would again have the confidence in the safety of my Santa Fe. I thanked Rich and his Manager for a job well done. More

On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the facto I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the factory bumper to bumper warranty, but I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my car. The warranty did not provide an up-to-date loaner as they usually do and they wanted to give me an aftermarket part, but my service writer fought with the warranty company and got the GM part and the Manager of the service department gave me a 2019 Buick encore as a loaner, instead of the 2015 Verano that had over 66,000 mile on the odometer. I was livid at first, but it all worked out in my favor and I only paid a $100 deductible. .i appreciate my service writer. He kept me informed every step of the way. More
