Excellent customer service Service was excellent...Dave from service went out of his way to help me! I was in need of a tire on my truck and no one had it until I called here and Dave said I found one in McCook Illinois and went and picked it up while I drove to the service department! I wish I could say the same thing about the new car sales area...I was treated like a piece of garbage by one of the sales guys as he assumed I could not afford a new vehicle not knowing what I currently drive and he told me he was to busy dealing with a credit app for someone else....Boy was he wrong!! The last 7 vehicles I have purchased from GMC between 2 of my companies were paid in full upon delivery! Oh well their loss! Sincerely, Mike Phillips More

Service review I like to have my car serviced at the dealer and I like this dealer. Downside is it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Good service My car is 13 years old now. I chose it because in my mind Cadillac was the best in American vehicles, however, just like other things in this new wor My car is 13 years old now. All parts for my car is not readily available but with that being said this dealership has kept my vehicle running. Good service, good employees (Brian Greene) worked with me on several incidents with my car and relieved a lot of unneeded stress. As long as I have this vehicle they are my best in keeping it up and running although dreams of it being a collectors item are no more. More
