HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. By far the worst experience I've ever had. Went in for an oil change and my vehicle was damaged in the process. I was told it would be fixed and it would take four days. I did not receive any calls with a follow up. I finally called and asked for a manager because I was tired of playing phone tag and getting any answers on the status of my vehicle. Finally on day eight I got a call that my vehicle was ready, to add insult to injury on my way home I realized that a bottle of cologne I had in my arm compartment was missing. If it would be possible to leave zero stars I would. Had I known this was the kind of service this establishment was offering I might have reconsidered purchasing a vehicle at this location. More

Oil change and tire rotation. Took car in for oil change. Tire rotation is included in price of service. I had a slow leak in the front right tire and asked that it be checked out Took car in for oil change. Tire rotation is included in price of service. I had a slow leak in the front right tire and asked that it be checked out. Was told a new tire was needed. I did not want to purchase a new tire at that time. Car was returned to us. I asked about the tire rotation, and was told it was done. I was told the leaking tire was now on the right rear of the car. Tires were aired to 34 and 35 psi. After driving a bit, the right front tire pressure dropped from 35 to 30 psi. I checked the tire pressure in the AM, and right front tire pressure was 22 psi. I called the service department, and Paul stated rotation was done. I asked if he was certain of this, and he insisted rotation was done. I asked why pressure showed at 22 psi, and he told me the pressure sensors were not properly reset, and needed to re learn their position on the car. I explained that I manually checked the tire pressure with a handheld device, and front right tire was low. He wanted me to bring the car back. Husband did not want to make a second trip. It is bad enough that rotation does not seem to have been done, but i was also given a line of baloney about the sensors malfunctioning. Paying a high price for the oil change would have been okay if tires were rotated, but frankly, I do not believe that happened. Very poor service! More

I really didn’t feel as if Brian wanted to be of service. One of the four tires I recently purchased at Ettleson got a flat so I came back so I could take advantage of the tire warranty. I ended up calling Michelin myself and the rep needed information from the Dealer so I could get the replacement tire at 55% discount. Brian either didn’t know the information nor was eager to find out. With the help of the other service guys, everything eventually worked out. When I returned to get my car the Oil Change indicator said 100% but Brian failed to tell me that I still had only 30% oil and that the indicator had been reset. More
