Periodic Inspection, LOF and Door Hinge replacement I took my 2014 Buick Verano in for a periodic inspection, lube, oil and filter change. There was a rattle near the driver's side door and the dealer r I took my 2014 Buick Verano in for a periodic inspection, lube, oil and filter change. There was a rattle near the driver's side door and the dealer replaced a defective door hinge under warranty. My advisor Anthony LaScola was prompt and efficient and was most responsive to my concerns. I've always had good experiences with Ettleson service and I value their expertise and support.
