Very disappointed I brought my vehicle in on 2/11 for an oil change and to have a check engine indicator checked. I was told I could only get the my oil changed because I brought my vehicle in on 2/11 for an oil change and to have a check engine indicator checked. I was told I could only get the my oil changed because the computers were down so I needed to schedule a 2nd appointment to bring my vehicle back to have it looked at. I scheduled the follow up appt for 2/25. I waited a little over 2 hours while my vehicle was being serviced and was told the problem was repaired. I drove home and the moment I turned on my block the service engine indicator came back on. I drove back to the dealer after calling and being told that my service rep was on a call. Once I arrived I was told i needed to reschedule for another day or someone could drive me home because all the service engineers was now on lunch. Because I had to children to pick up from school I opted to reschedule thinking it would be the next morning since this issue had now gone on a while overlooked but was told nothing was available until 2/27. My vehicle was kept over night to correct the issue. When I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup I requested a car wash but was told the carwash frozen. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of having to come back and forth for an issue that should've been taken care of on 2/11 then to be told my car couldn't be washed when the temperature was and had been normal was more of insult. More

Not Happy I've had a rattle in the left front of 15 XTS since middle of 2018. Just completed my 5th trip to ettelson and still rattling. They changed strut and I've had a rattle in the left front of 15 XTS since middle of 2018. Just completed my 5th trip to ettelson and still rattling. They changed strut and lubed steering components, still rattling. So I contacted cadillac customer service after the 3rd trip. They didn't provide much "service" and appeared annoyed during most conversations. I was told on 04MAR19 that ettelson recommends I take it to another cadillac dealer. They said the noise wasn't a big enough problem yet, but still couldn't say what was causing it. Apparently, I can solve the problem if I just keep my windows rolled up. So, I'm off on my 6th trip to another dealer. Customer service said, "You'd be surprised what a difference another service department could do" Last cadillac I had was 2002 Deville, nothing but problems, Lincolns since then, up until this car. Live and learn. More
